Paradise Pizza Grill

Just ordered 2 pies and salad this evening from Paradise Pizza and Grill...scheduled it for a later delivery. The pizza came hot, fresh and very good. However the salad was missing and actually got a club sandwich instead (didnt look until driver left). I ordered through Slice app (for local pizza places), so I let them know. Within 20 minutes of the note, I got an email back from Slice with an apology from then and the folks at Paradise...THEN just a few minutes later they were back at my door with the salad and a complimentary soda...what great response and customer service! Did I mention that the pizza was really great too! They (both Slice and Paradise Pizza and Grill) knew how to make it right and take care of the customer. I highly recommend that you give Paradise Pizza and Grill a try the next time you want a great pie. Also, there was no minimum delivery order and no delivery charge...outstanding these days! Great job and they will get my business again.

I have been in the Milford, CT for approximately 1.5 years and have tried a lot of the Pizza shops in the area. I am a fan of “eggplant parmigiana “ but not a fan of most of what I have previously tasted from the other shops. I was quite pleasantly surprised with my eggplant parmigiana dinner Friday evening from Paradise Pizza. The portions are HUGE (I actually made three meals from this portion) and the taste is great!!!. The salad which came with it was also good and filled with extras such as, cucumber, onion, peppers and tomatoes. With this being the first time ordering from here I can only hope that the quality remains consistent. This will definitely be my go to pizza shop.

I travel for work and have been in Milford, CT since October-2018. I've tried numerous Pizza places but when I found Paradise Pizza, I found the VERY BEST!!! Food is GREAT!!! The people are GREAT!!! Delivery is VERY FAST!!! I highly recommend Paradise Pizza and will eat nowhere else. Truly the BEST!!!

I was looking at the menu the gentleman started talking to me about different things they make. So I mentioned I don't want anything that frozen.I went to my car pulled up some reviews and one of them said try the eggplant parmesan. So I ordered it, I told him I wanted the macaroni and a separate container. I finally get it. I open up the bag and the spaghetti had no sauce on it. I asked why the cook said, you wanted a separate container and I said yeah but who eats plain spaghetti!! And I look at the eggplant parmesan it was disgusting I said whats this.. asked how's it made. Its frozen, its put in deep fried then put in the oven with sauce and cheese. absolutely disgusting looking. So the cook went and got the other guy I said to him we just had a conversation about food and this is what you're serving me oh I'm sorry I'm sorry. He gave me my money back. But wasted 45 mins.. I hear the pizza is good but don't get the eggplant parmesan because it's frozen put in a deep fryer then put in the oven. Looks like slime.

Ordered a pan pizza got a flat pizza twice. Ordered a chicken salad got a salad with everything I ordered just didn't add the chicken called them on the phone cant understand them no one speaks English. Never wold ordered form the again. The dont het orders right or if they dont have what u ordered the will send what they fell is right

After spending 50.00 in spoiled rotten food and being told that its frozen there's no way it could go bad..literally no way frozen food can go bad! Seriously go somewhere else, anywhere else, eating out of a dumpster would be better then this place. Don't expect a refund or even a replacement just enjoy the rotten disgusting food they serve. Run far far far away from this one.
