Aggie Be's

Best pierogies around. This is a cozy, well-decorated, family-owned spot serving authentic Polish dishes and...Swedish pizza? (See the website for a description and menu.) Don't let the location throw you off either (the old Joey C's location). The owner, Aggie Be kindly took us in for lunch early and was very friendly and happy to talk about her passion for cooking. As the website says, they aim for health-conscious foods (no deep frying; less-processed, fresh ingredients; gluten-free options). And all without sacrificing flavor! So far I've only had the Polish Platter (kielbasa / 1 stuffed cabbage / 3 pierogies / sauerkraut stew/ mashed potatoes) which was a big portion and delicious (see pics)! I'm looking forward to trying the Swedish pizza soon...there seems to be something for everyone.
