Went thru the druve thru, about 4pm 7/1/2022.
Ordered my coffee, was ordering a 2nd coffee and the employee insisted I said I was done with my order, was extremely rude and began argue with me that I said my order was done with 1 drink. I said have a nice and left. Never going back.

The profanity coming out of a staff member's mouth bothered me. Although I got my order with no problem. The staff member was talking on the phone about personal matters. And kept using profanity.

I don't know what is happening in here. It's just a bunch of kids that really don't want to work so you wait a long time for your coffee to be made incorrectly.

Willa is the kindest Dunkin employee I’ve ever met!!! Thank you for your genuine friendliness! All employees serving up coffee were smiling and it brightened my morning!! Best service plaza Dunkin experience ever.

This dunkin gets you in and out quickly and your order is correct 98% of the time. The other 2% happens if they get swamped. However However staff are friendly and great

Just ordered small iced coffee with mocha caramel one cream there was no coffee in it and very small amount of ice it had water no coffee tired of this 3 or 4 employees chatting looked like they had no idea what was going on
