We went through the drive thru this is the 3rd time were been here since we got into this area. Not very customer service oriented on the drive thru and I only ordered 4 cheesy bean and rice burritos what I got was the size to feed my kids when they were like 6 or 7 years old. Talk about expensive and so small not enough to fill you up and they have been like the same size or a bit smaller depending on who's working I guess...

I come here regularly (because I love taco bell and this location is closest to my home) and there is always an issue. Either the order being wrong, items missing in the order, the staff being blatantly rude, the staff limiting the order to 3 items, the staff saying at the drive through you have to come inside to order, then going inside and the order taking 15+ minutes even when there's no line? Always something. And I hate leaving negative reviews but at this point it's happened probably over a dozen times and figured others should be warned.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell. They take 15+ minutes to complete an order. You can actually watch your life tick away on their order counter as car after car pile up in line. They don't even light the store at night. They apparently want it to look closed. They take your money, toss a bag through the window and slam it in your face. Dont bother asking for sauces and expect half your order to be missing and the other half inedible. If you work there please quit.

Gave me food poisoning. Been going her for 10 years and it’s only gotten worse. Location at the mall is a billion times better. Food from this location is always cold, undercooked and just plain nasty. Location needs to be investigated and potentially fined.

Historically not impressed. Wrong order through drive thru, skimpy fixings etc. BUT… tonight kudos to the staff! Great service, meal prepared to order hot, fresh and delicious! Will now return repeatedly as long as the staff and service is similar to the staff tonight!

The food is normal for Taco Bell but the service is terrible, especially in the evening. You will be waiting in the drive thru forever! I have seen so many ppl pull out of line and I have left before also. It's absolutely not worth waiting 30+ minutes for.

Honestly I am so done with this location & Taco Bell in general. This location is always unprofessional, getting the order wrong or shorting me on food. The “system” is down every time I go after 10 PM. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location!!!!!! I am writing this because as we speak the “System” is down and it’s a 20 minute wait. How do you even know that? Again please go somewhere else and avoid this place.
