Wow. I ate many steaks, and I have to say the quality & flavor of their Dry Age Ribeye is the best I had. I highly recommend it. The atmosphere is Menu meets Game of Thrones (in a good way). I loved it. We found a masterpiece! If you love steak & great service, check out Carnevor!

Carnivore is a wonderful steakhouse that happens to be a block from my home. I took my Dad, he's 84, there last night and our meal was fabulous. Our server was patient, as my father saw some old friends and needed to chit chat. We had an appetizer, the scampi which was tasty, and the fresh warm bread was much appreciated. Dad had the steak salad and loved it, I had a plate with 5 oz of filet with mini twice baked potatoes and some asparagus and carrots with a garlic butter sauce, it was DEVINE. My Pops has known Omar for many years and Omar was kind enough to come over and chat with my Pops, which made his night and even treated us to the donut dessert. It's a great place to enjoy a wonderful meal with family, friends, date night you name it!

Great filet and lobster mac. Short walk from the hotels. Fast and good service. Started eating before the picture because it looked so amazing.

The Japanese wagyu is a must have here! You won’t be disappointed. Any other steak will never be the same. The Australian and American wagyu is amazing as well. Great atmosphere and unique decor. Great service. Will was our waiter and very knowledgeable and attentive. Mark the general manager was able to seat us early as the bar was full!

Decided to try a new steakhouse and it did not disappoint. Little louder than i expected but wasn't too bad.
Had the Rock Shrimp and a Filet. Will be back.

I had such a wonderful night celebrating my husband's birthday! We have been here about 5 times now.. and each time just keeps getting better. For his birthday, they reached out and asked how they could make it more special for us - they created a new menu with us to say exactly what I wanted them to at the very top of it. Such a cool experience! I've had the 8oz filet and the salmon. Both are perfect... would just recommend overall!

The food is phenomenal and the service is even better at Carnevor! This was our second year visiting for my husband’s birthday, and it exceeded my expectations again.
As a vegetarian, I appreciate that their vegetable dishes are just as incredible and well-thought out as their meat options. I thoroughly enjoyed the seared trumpets and the caramelized Brussels.
Their cocktails are fantastic as well. I appreciated the Cool, Calm, and Collected. I’ve never had a matcha cocktail before but this was excellent.
I’m certain we’ll be back for my husband’s birthday next year!

Honestly the best steaks I've had in Milwaukee. They are on the money, perfect every time which is a challenging task for plenty of restaurants in the area. Medium Rare NY Strip melts in your mouth and will keep you full and it's one of the cheapest mains on the menu.
My only complaint is that you're spending (bare minimum) $100 per person and it can be very loud and moderately annoying at times. The last time I was here I had difficulty communicating with my date which was frustrating. Once the martinis kicked in and the food came out, things got better. I'll still give it 5 stars but they could improve on the intimacy a lot.

The appetizers are off the chart good. Even the bread with the butter is just right; slightly crispy outside with soft inside that just melts the butter. Lobster Bisque with real lobster chunks. The Tomahawk was enough to beat someone on the heat with. Phenomenal meal.
