Little Caesars

We went to the drive thru and ordered and was told to pull around front they would bring our order out to us. 15 minutes later both employees who were working up front were or their phones and walking around playing, I walked in and asked for my pizza. There it was sitting on the counter just waiting. After I walked in they decided to carry out the other people's orders who ordered after us. They left before us... then we got home and the cheese pizza is burnt. Won't be going back here for awhile. Sorry

If I could give a -5 review I would. So unprofessional and nasty. It’s supposed to be hot and ready but they had 0 pizzas ready. When we got to the window they were screaming at each other and cussing. There was a man and girl who kept flirting and hitting each other not hitting on each other, HITTING each other. Never in my life have I been somewhere ran by 13 year olds but this place definitely has that feel. I’m 19 years old and I never In my life have acted the way they did. They all need to be fired, every single one of them is beyond unprofessional.

They were SLAMMED so so busy. They handled everything with grace. One lady cursed them out and they handled it so well. The pizza took a little bit longer than usual but I could tell they were doing their absolute best. How anyone could curse at young people working so hard is beyond me. I hope the owner sees this and tells them they are doing a good job

This store is managed very poorly. Was my go-to pizza place, but the past year iv had nothing but issues at this location, I have to drive further to Indian trail location to get the same pizza and we all know how gas prices are these days so I'm spending even more. Or I will just buy other pizza from different restaurants. Hope this store can get new management/employees soon.

We regularly order from this store without fail however this evening we used door dash for delivery and didn’t get notified our order was cancelled until it was time for it to arrive. It was one hour for delivery which is understandable however I just wish the system wasn’t updating the progress/notified me before my kids were literally watching the driveway for our food. I could have ordered from somewhere else but now everything is closed they said it was on little Caesar’s side not theirs however the 40$ won’t be credited back to my card for 3 business days and it’s Friday nite. Rant over hopefully another restaurant employee didn’t just quit 🙏

While I can appreciate being asked to wait 10 minutes for hot pizza, I don't understand waiting another 10 minutes in the drive thru window because no one is paying attention to the window and now a line has formed behind me. When she finally came to the window, she stated she was in the restroom and the others just ignored the window. Never mind, she was eating by in the window while placing my order. She didn't remember the order but ordered a free drink... I'll pass.

Ugh customer service is such a shame these days! And before anyone wants to say this or that about being understaffed…I am very tolerant to that these days, but what I do have an issue with is the rude attitude and lack of desire to even try to make things right. Pulled up in the drive through 9:15ish (45 minutes before close) to order a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread…things they claim to always have hot. Rudely we were told it would be at least at 25 minute wait. Ok, so do you have anything ready. “Not that you wouldn’t want to wait for”. Cool got it, it’s close to closing…not really…but you didn’t feel like working anymore. In all honesty if he had said “I’m sorry we decided to close early tonight” and was nice about it…there would have been no issue.
