Domino's Pizza

The absolute service today. I order two pizzas for my associates at work today at 1:25. No phone call no nothing. I sat on hold for 1.5 hrs. No answer. At 3:20 the driver shows up with no explanation. Pizzas were absolutely cold. Threw them away. Drove to the store after work at 6:30 and demanded a refund. Never again!

I definitely do not recommend this location. I have been there twice within the last few weeks. Each time employees were arguing at each other about what they had to do, what they're not going to do, and one employee particularly was cussing each time. When she gave me the pizza I told her I would not be back because they're customer service was so wrong. She obviously did not care because she just looked at me so hateful like I was stupid. The thing is that the manager was right there along with them and not correcting their behavior. The only reason I gave them one star is because I do like Dominos pizza, and I had been there twice only because they burnt the first pizza. I will never be back to this location. Hopefully the other locations are better.

My review isn't based on the quality of the food however, its based on being deceived of Domino's 2 minute guarantee. I ordered carside delivery and per the website, if your order isn't at your car within 2 mins, you'll receive a free pizza. When I was advised by the tracker that my order was ready, I allowed a few mins before I started the timer as a courtesy. As soon as the timer got to 0:38 the timer was stopped on Domino's end. I didn't receive my order until 2 mins later. To make matters worse, when the cashier brought out my order (6 pizzas), he handed them to me and walked away without ensuring that I had hold of them and I almost dropped them. I'm assuming he wanted to make a quick getaway before I mentioned the timer was paused and I was cheated out of a free pizza.

I ordered thru the app and went to pick it up car side. The 2 minute guarantee was not fulfilled and no one brought out our order till a few minutes later which was also after the estimates time it said it would be ready. We did not receive the sauces I paid for so I had to go inside where I was not greeted or acknowledged. I received the sauces after having to wait 5 minutes for someone to notice I was waiting along with other customers. Poor customer service and “quality check” was not implemented. Will not be going back to the Monroe location.

Was on hold for over 26 minutes. Meanwhile i drove to Domino's ordered my pizza waited for said pizza and received the pizza and then said to the manager who was helping me, i think you have someone on hold. She looked at the phone and her eyes got huge. She apologized verbally but made a million excuses. That she has a Russian woman who can't answer phones and that there is a guy who works there too who can't talk on phones and that she can't do it all. Well then you answer the phone and your workers can do the other jobs. There was no apologies or offers made. I used it as a lesson and am not one to complain to get free items, but there wasn't any offers. Just excuses. Will not return and stick with pizza hut.

Thank you Domino's! The pizza's and pasta's ordered tonight were delivered when stated they would be, everything was hot and freshly made, and the customer service/employee that took the order was polite, patient, and very helpful. The delivery person was just as sweet! My huge family (of 8) are all extremely happy and full! Thank you for helping this Mom(especially on a Monday) handle dinner tonight. My only complaint is that on the 1st pizza I ordered was to be a large pepperoni with extra cheese and I recieved a large extra cheese pizza. No worries though, kids like plain cheese. But I really wanted pepperoni. Just saying....
