Alfy's Pizza

When I walked into the Monroe Alfy's they didn't have a line when I came in. Just one person being helped in front of me. The crew was nice, efficient and placed my order with ease. As you can see by the pictures the pizza and the cheese sticks looked delicious. Hot out of the oven and made it home still piping hot.

Scott is the main reason for this review, but the whole crew was amazing as a whole! We reserved one of the party rooms for our son’s 4th birthday and the experience and service was superb! We are very thankful for the availability of this space. The pizza is always delicious! All our guests were treated with the utmost respect. Our son raved about this memorable day. Thank you to Scott and the crew for an enjoyable visit!

The first time my wife went to this establishment they forgot to cook her pizza and told he she never ordered it but it was on her receipt and one guy was rude the other tried to make it right. Then we went back for a second time and the same guy was there and was vary rude again I told him thank you and he just walked away. The food is good and the rest of the crew is decent. I never leave reviews but thought people should be shared. One egg can spoil the bunch.

1st time here at this Alfy’s. Also my last! I was so excited to see they had a salad bar open! I came in ordered all you can eat salad bar. Time stamp on my receipt is 6:48 pm. They close at 8 pm. I figured I could at least get a couple trips in. NOPE! I tried to get a second round of my all you can eat and they closed down the salad bar. It was 7:04pm. 😡. Your telling me you couldn’t have explained to me that the salad bar would be closing in 10 min when I purchased my meal?!?? Not a good way to conduct business! I would of got a 1 time through and a pizza to go.

The food was awesome the customer service wasn't that great we ordered three salad bars unlimited and pizza. I finished eating before any breadsticks were made when I asked if breadsticks were coming she said no but I could make some if the salad bar comes with bread sticks and someone orders salad it's part of your job to make sure or ask and since they already added the tip to my order I left nothing and probably won't be eating here again
