Arby's

I can honestly say I have never had a negative experience. The cleanliness of the dinning area, soda area, restrooms, and also the outside grounds and parking lot is ALWAYS top notch. Whether drive through or dine-in, the food quality is ALWAYS the same. Arby's is only one of the few fast food restaurants I'll visit in the area.

Please staple the bag, tape or use stickers from delivery carriers(Doordash, Uber etc) for food safety before giving to a driver for delivery. I shouldn't have received my milkshake tonight with top lid open. Y'all did not secure my food before passing it to my delivery driver. I do not know how clean that person car is. Exposing my milkshake to germs. My beef slider was exposed as well. Only thing was wrapped, was the chicken wrap. I pay y'all 5.99 delivery fee, plus fees from the delivery carriers and I tip my driver. That's the least y'all can do is secure my food🙄.

Ate here day before yesterday and it was good except no crinkle fries. There was a very nice man taking orders for drive thru. Today, however, I would give zero stars if possible. Very slow service. Rude person taking orders in drive thru. Still no crinkle fries. Drink only filled 3/4 of the way up. Fish sandwich had fuzzy hair all over bottom of bun. Other lady at drive thru had to ask me again what I ordered. Curly fries were bad. Will not be back. Had to throw sandwich away. Tried to call restaurant. No answer.
