Burger King

Every time I have gone here I have had a problem. Today was no different. Before I even went inside one of the employees was coming out the door, almost barging out. She didn't say hello, hi, nothing. Didn't even try to hold door open. This restaurant is always dirty looking, nothing organized. Nobody greeted us or anything. I am sure they are understaffed. Still no excuse to not care. The man who took my order I think was the manager. I had my order wrote down and read off everything. To make a long story short. When I got home we were missing a large fry, and one of the other fries we got was supposed to be onion rings. I had to ask several times for the sauces. I believe he was too preoccupied with the busy drive thru. The soda machine did not have the syrup for Dr. Pepper. He said he would fill it up behind counter, then had to ask him again. Then when he did take the cup to fill it they were out behind counter too. This burger King needs serious help. I will not visit here again unless it has a dramatic change.

This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. They are routinely out of key items on their menu (fries, chicken, etc), the dining area is absurdly filthy (dead roaches on the floor, trash cans always overflowing), the staff just does not care about quality of service at all. It's hard to fault the staff as I'm sure they are paid extremely little and always understaffed but the level of apathy here is genuinely impressive. If there is a worse Burger King in Georgia, I'd be shocked.

I went through the drive thru, and not only did it take bout 30 minutes, but I ordered a bacon whooper melt and when I got home 1st it didn't even look like it was supposed to in the wrapper I open it and I don't even know what this is. It's not like any burger from burger king I've seen. It looks like a frozen white castle burger on a sweet roll. To top it off it always burnt crispy.

After 5 minutes waiting on the drive through trying to order something, nobody took my order, I decided to walk inside. Nobody greet me or say hi, only this lady coming straight from the kitchen with food in her mouth already! She could not speak! There I am, but nobody approached the register! They could see me, but nobody tried to help! This is not my first bad experience but what the heck, I don't understand how is this place still open if nobody working in it

Waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes with not so much as a “we’ll be with you in a minute.” Then they left out part of my order when I got to the window and when I told the manager she handed it to me and slammed the window while I was still there. This place is awful and I won’t be going back.
