Quiznos

After being shut down completely for most of the past month or more, the store was apparently purchased by a new owner and under new management. Today is the first time I've been there since November 2021, and I ordered the same thing I order every time: the French Dip Au Jus sandwich. I don't know if the new owner is cutting costs or if the employees just made it wrong, but the au jus is so watered down it's basically just brown-ish water at this point. ***I added a tater tot to show how light and translucent (watered down) the au jus is*** Not interested in a random roast beef sandwich without au jus to dip it in, so I'll bring it home in hopes a ravenous teenager will be happy to inhale it...

I don't normally take the time to do this, but Darren deserves all the praises. :) He was the only one working when I got there and I could tell people had been waiting longer than normal. Darren still continued with a smile and gave each customer his full attention. He was so pleasant and he had such a great attitude. Also, made some delicious sandwiches and was careful to clean the area before making mine because of an avocado allergy. Darren you made my day!

I typically love Quiznos! However, I’ve tried to pick up a sandwich a few times now over the last couple of months and they are NEVER open. The posted hours are not accurate. I come during lunch or dinner during the week and the lights are out and the doors closed. No sign posted saying staff shortage, etc. You try to call to figure out what’s going on and no answer.

Most businesses are struggling and when you go in you can see they are understaffed. I’m not sure what the gentleman’s name was that served me today but I wanted to make it known how well he was handling being in the store by himself. Not many people or businesses will open or run a store if they don’t have adequate staffing. For awhile they did close and I was sad to see that but am happy to see they are giving it a go and trying. It may take a little time to get your order but if you can be patient and kind it will work out.

I have been to this restaurant six times in the last eight weeks and they were only open ONE of those days. Never a note, updated business hours or anything. During that single time I was there an employee locked the door and walked as I was walking to my car. I understand being short staffed but this restaurant is simply not open anymore. I will not make an another attempt to stop here as it is clearly never open even during the limited hours they have posted.
