Great farm to table cuisine that rotates on a regular basis. Unique well thought dishes that really bring what Quebec can offer. On top of that, it’s a BYOB! Probably one of the best of its kind in town as a matter of fact. I also appreciate how service (and wine glasses) are up to par like a normal restaurant. Sometimes it tends to be subpar in a BYOB setting.

We really enjoyed our dinner at O-Thym. We loved the place and the atmosphere (some lovely photographies). The food is excellent, fresh from local producers, with so many flavors and colors coming from our plates. A caring staff. Don’t forget to bring your bottle(s). A great place for 2 and more.

Simply delicious. Our server was an excellent guide. We had the best meal we’ve had in . . . years, and we never even made it to the main course; the appetizers were so well prepared and tasty that we just kept ordering more before skipping ahead to dessert.
