Great vibe and great food, consistently. Tapas style restaurant serving fresh local market ingredients. Oyster selection is amazing and super fresh. Other dishes are special and sofisticated. Great for any kind of night out and the waiting staff is always helpful and welcoming. Visited for more than 5 times and was happy every time

An excellent multi-level tapas style wine bar located at Park ave and Sherbrooke. Classy cool ambience with super fun bar seating area on the lower level. All the plates we ordered were fantastic and on point. The bartender was fabulous with his choices and pairing with plates. The quality of the food is superb and all flavors brilliantly weaved into the dishes. Some have said the plates were small and over priced. I beg to differ, price to quality ratio is excellent. Order a few plates, have some on point wine, well worth the visit. Staff is customer-centric and incredibly wine savvy. Excellent service and friendly.

This was a great spot — really enjoyed it. The menu has a lot of options and the service was great. In fact, when we ordered manhattans, the waiter said that was his favorite drink and he would go make his version (rather than the bartender). The cheese plate was a nice variety and the shrimp in garlic sauce was especially good, but we enjoyed everything we had.

My husband and I ate here after attending a ballet performance at Place-des-Arts. By the time we got out, it was almost 11 p.m. and there weren't many nice restaurants nearby that were open. We were surprised that Pullman was open until 1 a.m. on a Saturday night. Even better, the atmosphere was intimate. Perfect for a date night! We ordered so many plates -- the portions are small. I love the olives with the candied lemon as well as the goat cheese and red peppers for appetizers. The Russian style salmon gravlax was delicious -- especially with tiny blinis and caviar! The tonnato sauce with the tuna tataki was really flavorful! Every plate was exciting and sent out at just the right time. We had quite a few plates, but the one that stuck out the most was the octopus with the red pepper sauce. It was perfectly cooked. I've never had such tender octopus. This is definitely a restaurant we'll be going to again and again.
