Lovely rustic style restaurant on Wellington street in Verdun. Food was very tasty and the service was impeccable. We had a very nice waiter. They serve portions that are slightly bigger than your normal tapas which is perfect to share with someone. Great idea for date nights! The cocktails are also a must try!

Nice restaurant in Verdun. The cocktails are nice with a wide selection. They only have three wines by the glass without much of a description. The outdoor patio is nice to watch the hustle and bustle of Verdun go by. It's recommended that each person in your party get a cold and hot dish from the menu which was just the right amount of food. They had a few things on the menu that they sold out of but we had a great variety of food from beets and quails egg, to beef tartare, to beef cheeks. It was a good mix of meat and seasonal local vegetables. I would recommend!

Pigor is a charming quaint restaurant in Verdun. The food is tasty, cocktails creative and staff attentive. The reason for the 3.5 rating is that the portions were small for the price listed. If hungry you will need to definitely order an entree (cold) and a main (appetizer) and many of the friends I was with supplemented with extra sides like the foie gras or truffle fries on top of their two plates. The beef tartar was okay, much preferred the gnocchi and my friends really enjoyed the mushroom tartar and cheeks dish. The desert of the day was carrot cake and it did not disappoint! Over all a solid place to check out in Verdun, but next time I would probably sit at the bar and treat the evening more like a wine bar experience (where sharing a couple of plates would be 💯 on the mark).

Hidden gem in Verdun!
We had an amazing bartender (Flo) that made our experience so much more enjoyable. Definitely ask for a seat at the bar ;)
The food was great (some dishes were too salty/not salty enough but generally they had great flavour)! Portions are a on the smaller side so sharing is definitely caring 😂 We tried to get as much variety as we could. Our fav was the tartare and carrot cake!
Would definitely be coming back for the scallops we missed out on!

Bold and ambitious ideas, drawing inspiration from world cuisine, observed namely in the prevalence of Asian ingredients such as miso, sesame, wasabi, ponzu, bonito, and etc. Funky dishes with surprising flavour profiles but awfully small portions. Hats off to the unique tableware!

Best restaurant in Verdun hands down. Maybe even Montreal. The staff is great and very efficient, friendly. The food is out of this world. Umami at its best. Will go back again and again 💜

What a marvelous experience!! OMG!!! I was expecting something good but it turned out in an amazing dinner. Lovely staff, great atmosphere and delicious dishes - the perfect pairing. Can't wait to visit again. Recommend it 100%

The scallop on faux risotto was delicious but the other dishes were unimpressive. Carrots were bland, fries were overtly salty, and the ice cream dessert tasted off. A few popular menu items were not available which was odd for a Saturday night at 8pm. Service was great though.
