As I know the men employee is not the owner, the owner is coming back to work by herself now. She is very polite and listens to the customers. Try the lobster sandwich, it is fantastic.

I am biased and I like Quiznos food - this is the last Quiznos to be accessible to downtown so I will rate it high in the hopes of getting it some business...its always quiet here and the male owner gets easily angered and throws tantrums if you upset him (I find it hilarious). Better than Subway but lesser than Dagwoods (imo).

Great menu of matcha products and desserts,always delicious and beautiful bowls and cups for way cheaper than you'd expect. The best place to get matcha in Montreal,hands down.

As sandwich spots go, Quiznos is way better than subway for example: faster service, better quality of food and almost same prices.

If you're getting a soft serve in the mall, come here, the matcha soft serve is really good, not too sweet and not too heavy. You can get it on a cone or in a cup. They have gelato, lattes, tea and tea sets.
