This place is cash only. There are signs everywhere. If you failed to see them, that's your fault. Prices here are incredibly affordable. We picked a dozen items off the menu and were shocked that the bill was so low. Food was fantastic. I've never had true Parsi food, so idk how authentic this was, but nonetheless, it tasted great. Loved the Malwa cake - soft and spongey. They do microwave some of the items (aka they are pre-prepared). I think this ruins the taste for items like the cutlets, but for the price, you really can't complain. This place gets crowded, but people move in and out so fast that you don't have to wait too long to get a seat.
The building has a rustic feel to it. Not run-down, but old-timey.

Good place. I tried the mutton keema, Kyan tea, Bun maska, parsi omelette sandwich, chicken cutlet and nuggets. Food was good. I think it's a bit overhyped.

Overall 3.5
Well this place has been known for a very long time for the food they serve. But I just felt it was fairly decent I had the brun maska pav and omelette. The kheema pav is definitely a must have along with the rose flooda and raspberry soda. It's a typical Paris place don't expect great service it's all quick and gets full very fast. The food is very reasonably charged and overall definitely worth the visit.

A typical parsi restaurant with that old Mumbai parsi interior and feel. The food here is very good. You must try mutton kheema and chicken cheese kebab.Chicken seekh kebab were a bit dry but still flavourful. I also tried there rumball which was chocolaty must try for sweet tooths.Overall a very great experience and please do carry cash as no UPI or card transactions are available there. Its CASH ONLY place.

I went to this place 2 weeks back. It's one of the oldest bakeries in Mumbai.
We ordered 1. Irani chai, and bun muska both were delicious.
2. Veg grilled sandwich ( which I didn't like much)
3. Veg cheese puff( most ordered and really tasty)
4. Omelet sandwich( was good)
5. Chocolate pastry( was yummy).
Some of the items I forgot to take pic.
You can try karma paw, which is the most ordered item.

No nonsense cafe.
Food is a bit expensive but still easy on the pocket. (Average ₹200/- per person here, whereas Nearby Sassanian Boulangerie costs ₹130/- per person)
We had breakfast here.
Tables are to be shared. Since we were 4, we got an entire table to ourselves..
The only thing we didn't like was that extra glass is not available for sharing tea. Considering that the Irani Tea costs ₹48/- one would like to taste it before ordering, yes ?

Lovely food here ....
"I had an exceptional experience here The cozy atmosphere welcomed me in, setting the stage for a delightful morning. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. The menu boasted a wide array of options, making it challenging to pick just one! Each dish was not only delicious but beautifully presented. The attention to detail in every aspect truly made this breakfast spot stand out. I'll definitely be returning for more mornings like this!"

I had to try out a Parsi cafe during my visit to Mumbai, and so glad to be visiting this one. Old school vibes. No AC, no online payments, but great service. Ordered their Irani chai, bun Muska & veg puff. Lastly took a parcel for their very popular mawa cake, and no regrets at all.

5 stars for keeping the ambiance furniture and the entire restaurant just as it used to be.
The food is good but I think it's lost a bit of its charm over the years.
Still it's not bad it's really good to come and have some of the things you won't get anywhere else.
