Ling's Pavilion

It's a shame that I've been to such a legendary place after such a long long time. The dumplings ordered here were so good and juicy, the chicken starter ordered was also one of a kind. I had ordered fried rice with bacon in it, it was simply stunning. My only negative was that the bacon could've been diced a bit smaller as it was a bit chewy and tougher to have with the rice.

Old Classic , Maintained itself , Super Food, I live their Bacon Fried Rice , Roast Pork Chilly, My Kids the Soups and Fried Corn Curd, Big Quantity, Classic taste, Friendly Staff , Lovely Owners,Very Loving to Kids and the Elders Too, but they just Love the Kids who Visit, Special Smile n Surprise Sweet dish Reserved for them. Interiors are a Bit Jaded , But Still Not Bad, u Can Say the Interiors are also Classic. Do Visit if You're that Side of Town, You won't be Disappointed for Sure

Ling's Pavilion is located very conveniently within the walk about area near the Gateway to India. The restaurant ambience is nice, clean and pleasant. The service is excellent and people are all very nice. The food is authentic, delicious and reasonably priced - very good value for money. We are travellers of a small family and after the first meal we returned again, again, and again while we are in Mumbai. It is the best Chinese restaurant in south Mumbai. Highly recommended.

Have never been disappointed with the food or service over the years. They have a very extensive menu - but I’ll be honest here - I just love some items so much that I can’t get past the urge to not order them every single visit. Because of this, I don’t get to try too many other items. Their sweet corn chicken soup, fried corn curd and haka noodles are legendary. Portions are generous but not huge. The restaurant itself feels homely and comfortable - you can bring a guest or come with family or stop in for a working lunch. The atmosphere is informal - yet, the staff is attentive and will not let your glass of water run dry.

A lovely place to share food with your near and dear ones. Located at a walkable distance from Gateway of India, this is an expensive restaurant serving Chinese food. We ordered 3 starters and the bill was almost 2 grand! Sadly the quantity also doesn't justify the price.. Tastewise it's good but nothing great. We tried kung pao prawns, chicken drumstick and chilly garlic chicken. Impressive part is that it has a nice ambience.

The owners are of Chinese origin and the emphasis here is to serve you authentic recipes. They have got some of the top pork dishes in Mumbai. Do ask the server for some excellent recommendations.
