Outstanding service experience at Hotel Tunga Vashi, all thanks to Bipin. His attention to detail and warm hospitality truly stood out. From the moment we arrived, Bipin made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable. His extensive knowledge of the menu helped us make the perfect choices, and the food he recommended was simply delicious. Bipin's professionalism and friendly demeanor made our dining experience memorable. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant, knowing that we'll receive top-notch service from Bipin. Highly recommended. They gave us a complementary dessert which was great. Dishes we had : Veg hyderabadi biryani, chicken patta, kalamari koliwada, German black forest, cosmopolitan drink, and strawberry on poprock.

This place had such a variety of seafood that I didn't even need to order prawns! Waldorf Salad - 4/5 Surmai Goan Masala - 4/5 Oriental Spicy Crab Soup - 4.5/5 (mom loved it) Squid Crispy Rings - 5/5 highlight of the starters! Lobster Mangalorean Sukka Masala - 4.5/5 (it was perfect, only niggle is the quantity for the price charged) Rawas Malwani Curry - 4/5 (only in my book, and that's because of the next one-) Veg Green Thai Curry - 5/5! First time eating Thai Curry, but S.F. didn't disappoint. Both the amount & the variety of veggies was stupendous. I loved it with rice. Even took some home for the next day! Being a 4-star hotel, the atmosphere was slightly intimidating for us simple folk. However, Mr. Bipin, our server made matters much easier for us! He cleared our queries without a flaw, and the dishes he recommended were superb. Overall a great experience, looking forward to the next one!
