The Square

I went to this hotel solely to enjoy their breakfast buffet, which offers a wide range of choices, particularly their bakery items, which are delightful. The staff, especially Amin, provided exceptional service and took great care of us. I want to express my gratitude to Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach for providing such a fantastic experience.

I had the opportunity to visit numerous hotels, but this one truly stands out. The rooms are generously sized, and the hotel offers a stunning view. Their breakfast buffet is impressive, boasting a wide array of options. The service staff is exceptional, with a special mention for Mr. Sami, who provided exceptional care. When he noticed I was coughing, he promptly served me water and offered additional assistance. Overall, it's an outstanding property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast buffet experience at The Square restaurant in Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach. Girish and Shivam delivered outstanding service, and we were highly impressed. Their service was praiseworthy. We highly recommend everyone to try out the reasonably priced and superb breakfast buffet at this location.

Recently had the breakfast buffet. The food was above average. I expected more. But definitely the service was at par. Especially vanshika. She served us well. One of their staff members, Sami had a great knowledge about the same. He was very helpful and welcoming and made sure our visit was comfortable and memorable. Would visit back soon, not because of the food but for their hospitality.

It was a really pleasant experience when I went to Buffet for dinner, The whole Staff was really friendly and approachable Mr BalaKrishna assisted me to the seat since the place was packed. He also kept a check on everyone's request and asked me if I needed anything else overall a very good experience. I would also like to thank the other Staff members as well, I didn't see their name so couldn't mention it.

This is in the restaurant at the beachfront hotel Novotel. It is located inside and is air conditioned. To clarify there is no sea view. My parents are fond of the sizzlers here, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The grilled chicken is really well made. Overall a nice restaurant with good food and can be combined with a plan to sit and sip beverages, snacks at Gadda la Vida that is sea facing open air or a walk by the lovely Juhu beach.

This has been our first experience of a stay at Novotel we are here from London and being our very first experience with Novotel in Bombay it was an awesome experience. Our dining experience was simply superb to say the least. Chef Amit worked magic with his food and flavours and Balkrishna who provided us with service was kind and always ready to help as well as very polite! Many thanks to him as well as it made our experience even nicer!
