Located in a cozy corner of BKC, this place is a haven for those who are looking forward to concious, clean and healthy dining experience. With a variety of gluten-free and vegan dishes to choose from, there are options available for everyone's palette... They've recently launched a new menu with plethora of Oriental options while staying close to their brand ethos of concious and clean dining..

The hygienic that they maintain is extremely good . They have authentic taste in all the food . They have options for vegan food too ! I had tried their hummus and pitas and I just loved it . you’d like to take along⁣ is different kind of spa. It’s a place where they’re focused on serving food that is good for you!⁣⁣ One visit and it’s sure to become your go to place when you want to eat right without compromising on some amazing flavours. All ingredients used here are 100% organic and the bistro also offers vegan and gluten-free options! The restaurant has an unmissable aroma of camphor and immediately reminds you of a spa, staying true to their name. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ We’d recommended trying their Spinach and Beetroot hummus, Shammi of red lentils and their Farm Fresh Pizza A special shout-out to their Valhrona chocolate pie, it’s probably one of the best desserts we have had in a while.

Sante Spa ♥️ I finally visited Sante Spa which was on the top of my wishlist since such a very long time. I have fallen in love with this place altogether. This place has such a soothing ambience and a very lovely decor. We had such a great dining experience. Due to heavy rains they were short on their Staff but Mr. Feroz the Restaurant Manager handled everything so nicely. He suggested us some really nice dishes and gave us an excellent service. We tried the following variety from the Menu: ***BEVERAGES*** We tried Dark Chocolate Milkshake and Activated Charcoal Lemonade. Two equally different but equally good drinks. I loved thier Dark Chocolate Milkshake a lot, it was heavenly. ***APPETIZERS*** In appetizers we went for Ibiza style Avacado Salad, Shammi of Red Lentils and Crunchy Chlorophyll Dimsums. They have such heathy options in their Menu and we loved all the three appetizers especially the Shammi Kebab and the Avacado Salad. ***MAIN COURSE*** Main course was perfect with respect to the quantity as well as flavours. We loved the Farm Fresh Pizza which had such a lovely thin crust, just the way iike it. And then the Green Thai Curry with brown rice was a winner. ***DESSERTS*** In desserts we did not opt for the traditional ones. Instead we went for their Smoothie Bowls and tried the Superfoods Green which consisted of Matcha, Avacado, Pumpkin Seekds and Dryfruits. An amazing yet unconventional dish. Not for everyone, only for specific tastebuds. A overall great experience and surely recommended to people looking out for good food. Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambience: 5/5 Value for Money: 5/5

Sante ! I really dont know where to start writing about this place as it left me speechless as soon as I opened the menu as it was 4 menus culminated into 1! I have never seen such an elaborate array of dishes & meticuously crafted amalganation of health food ever in my entire life . They have everything you can imagine which comes under the health food category . It took me a good 15minutes to only study & understand the menu . This place is eco friendly as they use wooden plates & straws made of leaves . The ambiance has a soft vintage feel to it being located in posh Bkc area of mumbai . We tried the beetroot & spinach humus served with baby khakra which was so tasty what we ordered 2 repeats . Their assorted steamed dimsums are simply spectacular & a Must try ! Served in bamboo steamers the covering is soft melt in the mouth with crunchy vegetable filling inside . The tall dark hot chocolate was lip smacking yummy which I ordered a second repeat . I have to mention that the staff here is once of the Best I have ever come across till date .They know the entire menu like the back of their hand & are exceptionally polite & patient to explain you minute details about the dishes . I was touched by the exceptionally warm hospitality of the staff who took extra care to ensure I had a memorable time . If you are a health freak then you simply Cannot miss a visit to Sante .

One might think such food might not suit the Indian Palette taste but Santé definitely proves we can also enjoy non nitrogen attractive and unhealthy food. My entire dining experience was amazing though one of the waiters did drop Soya sauce on my polo. I would definitely recommend you to have the home made bread basket with home made butters and Jam. I loved the soup. Reminded me of the famous Boudin Bakery soup. We had the tamato and garlic broth. I dint enjoy the cottage cheese starter that much. The charcoal dimsums were different. We loved the avacado salad also. Must order is the pizzas. They are different and unique. Very healthy.

its a rustic theme deli which serves you world cuisine which are prepared fresh in the kitchen with organic staples and commensurate oil with olive oil, butter with house churned unsalted butter, food here is made all fresh with zero preservatives. a total of 181 delicacies are available to savor. the ambiance is subtly done, to make it vibrant, pure and calm looking. they have made the use of renewable materials to decor up their cafe. staff is well known about the whole menu and makes sure that every guest visiting comes to know about sante spa well and the motive why is it opened. coming to food here is my verdict, i found the presentation overall to be decent and minimal yet elegant and picturesque. taste wise all the delicacies that i had tried were tasty and made from purest raw ingredients. CREAMED ASPARAGUS SOUP- this was earthy, warm and filled with flavors. there couldnt be a any other way to start my meal. FARM FRESH PIZZA- being made out of ragi base, i was looking forward to much on this. it had rich, vibrant toppings with fresh mozerela cheese smeared well. taste wise not all heavy. tasty and busting with flavors of veggies and cheese to accompany it. BAJRI ROTI BURRITO- the tortilla made out of bajra flour was grilled to make it crisp and then filled with sour cream, veggies and scallion to give a mexican taste with rustic staples won my heart. a must try when here ChARCOAL DIMSUM- a shear picturesque palate served with soy sauce . they were carbon black to look at filled with vegetables were explosion of flavors on a mouthful bite. i could hog on for more and more. ACTIVATED CHARCOAL LEMONADE DARK CHOCOLATE HOT CHOCOLATE these are my favorite drinks that i tried here. the lemonade was balanced well in terms of acidic taste and hot chocolate was warm, soothing and bitter yet sweet to taste. lemonade aire up with their farm fresh pizza is delight to binge on. it was a decent experience here with warm , tasty and healthy food in amidst of so many restaurants and gastronomical adventures budding in bkc. sane spa truly serves you an experience to savor.

Food - 10/10 Service - 9/10 Ambiance - 9/10 VFM - 7/10 What stands out - The health aspect of each and every dish Went here on a Monday night for dinner and this place was full. The restaurant is fairly large and very well made. The seating is pretty comfortable and enough privacy for every table. One very important thing about this amazing place is that they have taken a lot of care to make this eco friendly. From the cutlery to lighting, everything is made using bio degradable material. They haven't used any plastic anywhere in the restaurant. Full marks for that. The menu is quite complicated as they have put a lot of focus on unique ingredients used in place of other cheaper popular and unhealthy options. For Eg. they use Nachni base instead of typical bread base for pizza. We loved the concept and the result of the experiment. The food is tasty and healthy. There are very few places that offer this kind of guilt-free experience. The service is to the point too. Kaneesha the owner, personally goes to individual tables and explains the concept. There are very few people so passionate about their offerings. We called for the following. 1. Beetroot and Spinach Hummus - 9/10 2. Moringa and Pineapple chowder soup - 8/10 3. Mediterranean Quinoa Salad - 10/10 4. Farm Fresh pizza - 10/10 5. Dumplings and Dimsums - 9/10 6. Peri Peri Paneer - 8/10 7. Activated Charcoal lemonade - 10/10 8. Spinach and Pineapple (mocktail) - 8/10 All in all this is a very unique restaurant that focuses on health aspect of food. Definitely worth a try.

Located amidst the glass buildings of BKC, Santé Spa Cuisine as the name suggests is a restaurant that combines taste with health. They offer a variety of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free dishes that leave your taste buds satisfied. Apart from the food, Santé focuses on an overall healthy and eco friendly environment. The decor of the restaurant is all eco friendly, the walls are covered with bamboo sticks and the lamps are made of recycled cardboard. The walls have art that depict our chakras and the music played is relaxing. The water is infused with tulsi and the glasses are made of copper. The quarter plates are made of Neem wood that acts as a disinfectant. Santés aim is to help you connect better with your inner self. We started our meal with the beet root and spinach hummus served with Khakra. Both the flavours expressed their uniqueness and paired perfectly with the multigrain Khakra that Santé prepares themselves. The consistency is good and we’re sure you don’t miss out on this one. Next we tried their charcoal basket with their in-house churned organic butters. It was super interesting to see bread served in black considering there was no artificial colour involved. The butters were creamy and flavourful. Beverages: We tried their Dark Chocolate Milkshake and the Pink Lemonade. The dark chocolate milkshake was gluten free and invoked only organic chocolate. It was definitely one of the best chocolate milkshakes we’ve had. You can’t tell the difference between a regular milkshake and this one so there is no compromise on taste. This is perfect to indulge in when you’re craving something chocolate but don’t want to cheat on your diet. The Pink Lemonade was one of its kind. Super refreshing and super light too. The unique thing about the drinks is that they’re served with straws that are made of rolled up banana leaves. Entrée: The piri piri crusted cottage cheese steak was served in pesto sauce made out of broccoli. The spicy piri piri and the creamy pesto balanced each other out perfectly. The cottage cheese was well cooked and marinated. The presentation was beautiful. Desserts: We went for the Valrhona Chocolate Pie and the Chocolate Matcha Truffles. The Valrhona chocolate pie was a crumbly chocolate cake that was gluten free. The flour was made of oats and it was topped with French chocolate. We highly recommend all sweet tooths to try this delicious yet healthy treat. Inspired by Japanese delicacies, the Chocolate Matcha truffles had a melt in your mouth consistency. They’re fluffy yet soft. The dark chocolate and matcha powder go together perfectly. The vegetables are grown organically in Indian farms and cooked in an open kitchen at Santé to maintain transparency. Santé is not exactly what you call pocket friendly but for the value it serves you in terms of quality of its ingredients it’s definitely worth a shot.

From Pune to Hyderabad and now in Mumbai - I am talking about the amazing new restautant opened in Bandra Kurla Complex at the First International Financial Centre - Santé Spa Cuisine. Located right besides Smoke House Deli, Busago and Masala Library you will find this restaurant which promotes Honestly Healthy! Santé in French means Health. And Spa Cuisine is actually a Spa for your body from within, because you are eating so healthy. The best part is that the ingredients have been handpicked and chosen so well that you don't compromise on the taste one bit, at the same time enjoy a guilt free indulgence at Santé Spa Cuisine. Chef Shailendra Kekade who has also been the executive chef for Pune outlet has been the mastermind behind this and he has indeed done a fantastic job of curating an amazing menu which you can enjoy. The restaurant has plenty of Vegan and Gluten Free options besides vegetarian which is again not very common, so a treat for them as well. Moving straight to a variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes that I tried - We started with some Energetic Beverages - Chilled Vegan Turmeric Coco Latte, Activated Charcoal Lemonade, Pineapple Spinach Spearmint Black Pepper and Activated Charcoal with Coconut. All of these in tasting portions. Out of all, I personally loved the Vegan Turmeric Coco Latte - a brilliant combo of turmeric and coconut. Also the Activated Charcoal Lemonade was really nice. Moving to appetisers - we started with the "Star Dish" of the evening - Beetroot and Spinach Hummus served with Multi-grain Khakra. I loved both the vegan hummus made in virgin olive oil and the mutli-grain khakra was too good. The combination was to die for. Being a Gujarati, it was the first time I enjoyed Khakra so much other than the usual way we are used to have it with ghee, etc. Again a brilliant fusion of Lebanese with Indian food. Next we jumped to Asian cuisine - Dimsums and had two varieties of it - Carbon Dimsums and Crunchy Chlorophyll Dimsums. Charcoal Dimsums were activated charcoal tapioca steamed with black olive & hot black bean with garlic. Again something healthy and can be had to detox your body! Chlorophyll Dimsums, as the name would suggest green in color and had vegetable filling - broccoli, pok choy, baby spinach. I personally preferred the later one. Moving away from starters, we tried couple of Salads. I personally don't prefer eating salads, but was open to trying on chef's special recommendation. We tried the Mediterranean Quinoa Salad and Spaghetti of Vegetables. The Quinoa salad besides quinoa of course had Apples, Walnuts, Cranberries, Rocket Leaves with Feta cheese. Tasted really nice, something you must try! After the Pizzas - we tried three dishes which are completely different from each other - Bajra Riso, Red Thai Curried Vegetables and Swiss Vegetable Roestii. Gluten free Riso is rich on protein and has a very distinct taste! Swiss Vegetable Roestii was given a healthy spin-off - had grilled vegetables with some cream made of very little cheese. Out of all, I preferred the Red Thai Curried Vegetables which came along with steamed brown rice and coconut based gluten free vegan gravy! Finally we ended our meal with a wide range and variety of desserts. We started with 3 different ice-creams (couple of scoops) - Black Wasabi, Almond Muesli and Pure Coconut and Palm Jaggery! I loved the Almond Muesli and Pure Coconut & Palm Jaggery ice-creams. Not so much the activated charcoal and Japanese Wasabi combo! I had an amazing time at Sante Spa Cuisine, one which was so unique and not comparable to any of the other places visited! A must visit for all those who also believe in a healthy lifestyle or for ones who are looking for a change to their regular routine and give their body a much needed spa / break from the junk they have practically on a daily basis. All those in BKC, or travelling to BKC - a must visit!
