Bombay Eatery is a rooftop restaurant located on the top floor of Thakkar shopping mall near Borivali Station. They serve variety of cuisines like Indian, Italian and Chinese. The ambience is quite good & they have a lot of seating space. . Moving onto food, we tried these dishes :-
📍 MOCKTAILS :-
1. MARY'S MALLOW
2. BLISS: Both of them were more on the sweater side and were good in taste.
📍 APPETIZERS :-
1. MEXICAN SLIDER: This had 4 mini burgers and served with fries on side. The presentation was nice but the burgers were a bit dry.
2. THAI CHILLI BASIL PANEER: The quantity and taste of this was amazing, just one thing I felt was that paneer could be a little more soft.
📍MAINS :-
CATANI VEGGIE PIZZA: This was a medium pizza with exotic veggies like olives and zucchini and was topped with generous amount of cheese. RECOMMENDED ‼️
📍 DESSERT :-
GULABJAMUN KULFI: We had high expectations from this but it wasn't that good. It had just mini gulab jamun embedded into the regular kulfi .

In recent time, Borivali is rising up as the new charm in the city. In case you haven't eaten at this lounge yet, now's a good time. Bombay Eatery at borivali has futuristic interiors and delicious, pocket-friendly grub.
.
We tried...
.
Tacos
Tacos loaded with peppers, mexican cheese and salsa. The presentation left us in awe and the dish is extremely filling.
Vada Pav Spring Roll
Basically its a vada pav but in a different style. Vada Pav in the form of a spring roll. I would recommend not to try this because it was not upto the mark!!!
Birbal ki Khichadi
For mains we ordered Khichadi and this is something you shouldn't miss on! 100% sure you will like it.
Pink Pasta
Pastas were just so properly cooked with a really creamy and delicious sauce! Don't miss on their pastas!
Passion Art
Super sweet, super fruity, and guaranteed to be guzzled by kids everywhere. It can be easily made as an excellent refreshing summer drink for small parties or get togethers.
Mary's Mellow
The perfect spring and summer beverage! This mocktail was freaking BOMB!!
Dul Ce De Lache Icecream
This is not just the best dulce de leche ice cream we've ever had, it's one of the best ice creams we've ever had.
.
Thanks a lot!!!

Bombay Eatery is a nice cozy place to enjoy some delicious food. The service is very good and the staff is quite polite.
Coming to the food, I tried :
1) melon blossom - a watermelon based mocktail, very delicious.
2) Cheese & Masala Kulcha - One of the best dishes I tried there, the Kulcha is stuffed with loads of cheese. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
3) oriental style cottage cheese pizza - the cheese was very stretchy but the pizza lacked spice.
4) gulab jamun kulfie - kulfie served with some Gulab jamun, tasted excellent

AMBIENCE: This place is unbelievably spacious, occupying almost the entire rooftop of the mall. Very chic, stylish and modern interiors with 2 seperate sections- one for family restaurant which is air conditioned while another one with hookah and bar place with beachy vibes. Kashmiri dum aloo:-
This vegetable is must try when you visit here. The spice was just proper. Taste is remarkable. Along with it came the naan. We loved the taste.
Jeera rice/ Dal tadka:-

I had been for a sunday lunch with my group and they have many cuisines to offer here.
Starting with mocktails i had marrys melon which had watermelon with vanilla syrup in it. It had an amazing taste with a hint of mint in it.
For starters we had
Veggie slidders where the buns were soft and had tomato slice and cheese slice with crispy veggie patty in it.
Lotus stem was sauted in sweet chilly sauce and it was crispy and good.
My favourite was bruschettta where the tomatoes were fresh and tasted great with mozarella cheese on top and bread tasted perfect.
For mains we tried
Udon noodles which were japanese type of noodles with peanuts and red chilly on top and regular noodles sauted in veggies it tasted good.
Curry pasta was a totally different and new concept where the pasta was creamy and the cream was made up of madras gravy.
The best part was lasagne it just won my heart where the veggies were in red gravy and the layer of pasta sheet and cheese there was mozarella cheese and liquid cheese as well. Highly recommended .
The service was a bit slow and poor.

Located just outside Borivali West station inside a mall, Bombay eatery is thee place to go for any vegetarian. It has an amazing ambience, huge space, lovely decode, good food and alcohol. There are very few places that have such a combination to offer.
I tried the following dishes :
Mac & cheese balls - lovely combination, first-time I tried this, very yummy cheese balls, good presentation as well.
Drinks-
Watermelon bloosom - fresh Watermelon Juice mocktail, very refreshing.
Whiskey sour - lovely whisky based drink and since this is a pure veg place they didn't add the egg white. Inspite of that the drink was amazing.
Mains -
There was a wise variety from Chinese to Indian. I went for the Indian. Lovely dal with steamed rice, chole and Papad. It tasted just like ghar ka khanna.
Dessert - not forgetting dessert, had a lovely paan flavoured icecream. I have this at many place but this was truly an authentic flavour, this is a paan lover speaking 😉
Being a hard-core non-vegetarian I loved this veg place and is a highly recommended place.

Located bang opposite Borivali station, in Thakkar mall. It's surprising that I had never heard or been there before.
Right up on the 4th flour you will find this eatery. With two separate sections. One where they have cozy sitting arrangements for couples, to family, to larger groups and the other with the bar.
Parking: Is definitely not a issue and is easily available at a nominal amount.
Service: Quick and friendly.
Food: We started off with some beautifully plated starters. For the playing I would rate them a full 5/5.
•mac and cheese pops- As compared to the presentation and plating, it tasted okaish. But the red crispies were too hard to consumeand the microgreens need to be cleaned well before u they are used in playing.
•paneer tikka - Large chunks of paneer slightly Charred, over cooked, rubbery but the definitely tasted nice.
•hakka paneer- One of the best and must try starters.
• tandoori aloo- They were charred and pretty much tasteless.
Then came in the Mocktails- one by one :
•peninzula- The subtle flavours if passion fruit, raspberry, apple, orange tingled the taste buds.
•Passionart-This is a definite must try. A perfect balance of passion fruit, strawberries, apple and orange.
• Bliss: Somehow to me that drink looked weird but it tasted good.
•Honey Ryder- If you enjoy banana yoghurt combo. This is definitely the drink for you.
•Mary Mellow was a plesantly refreshing drink
Then came in the cocktails.
• margarita & whiskey sour - They looked absolutely gorgeous and tasted good.
Main course flowed in sometime later:
•mix sabji & chole which were good to taste.
•dal rice was nice.
•Butter naan/Roti kulcha was good.
Finally, the star of the lunch were the desserts pan ice cream and gulab jamun kulfie.
