Waffle Land

The taste of waffle is amazing. I have tried their Belgian, chocolate overload, mocha, KitKat, Nutella, almond flavour. They are just amezing. Staff are also nice. But when we tried to use our point for payment it didn't work. Atmosphere is very nice. There's music playing in background it's very good

They make the best waffles. So even when you have cheaper options available you will still come back to this. Their staff, however is delayed in delivering the orders and they would really do well if they are more courteous and bit more efficient. Taking 15-20 mins per order is just too much and when I asked to deliver in the car they refused. So they're quite lacking in customer service.

This place is located in liberty garden Malad West. Overall the waffles which they make is mind blowing. No questions And the staff is as amazing as waffle Must try - chocolate overload & Belgian chocolate waffles , I also like to have kitkat shake that my personal favourite Apart from that the ambience of this place make it a perfect place for all chocolate lover

Ive been visiting this outlet from a long time but ive always been disappointed with the staff working there. No smile on the face, not interactive at all etc but the food was good so we had to go there as it was nearest to my place but yesterday night as soon as i entered the outlet i saw two new boys who had a big smile on their faces who greeted me and i was shocked! I immediately asked them is the staff replaced? Mr.Yogesh and Mr.Rakesh are the new two boys who are just perfect for the job! Very interactive and professional i must say! I had a long convo with them while they made my order. 5 star for their hard-work and extraordinary service!

The Belgian Waffle Co. is located in Malad West and I ordered home delivery at my place. They specialise in waffles and pancakes which are egg less and they have a great variety to choose from plus the prices are also not high. The delivery came on time and I loved the packing as it was spill proof plus the waffles were hot too. What We Had - Kiki & Oreo Waffle Cake - This looked unique due to the blue colour and tasted really good. The creamy chocolate along with crunchy oreo tasted perfect together. Death By Chocolate Waffle Cake - This was excellent and a delight for a chocolate lover like me. Generous amount of dark, milk and white chocolate used tasted delicious. The chocolate was smooth and it was overall amazing. So the home delivery expect from TBWC was great as loved the waffles as they had generous amount of chocolate and toppings used and it was worth for the price paid. Hence do try them.
