Superb food and great service ! I was pleasantly surprised at vegetation options like smoked paneer ale, afgaani soya chaap etc. Veg Manchurian was excellent too. More than anything the staff was so courteous and enquired throughout our ( late night post 10 pm dinner ). On a recent visit ,we tried Paneer Tikka , Rava Masala Dosa , Paneer Chilli - all were well prepared . Highly recommended!

We visited yesterday on sunday, service was quite slow...ambience is good and food is also good .The restaurant is a bit expensive and the quantity of food is quite less. We ordered ghee paneer roast ( it was good ), afgani soya chaap(it was not properly roasted...very avg), dal makhani(avg) , veg hakka noodles (avg again), paneer angara (very avg ) .

In this lockdown 8 out of 10 people have desperately craved for outside food and have surely missed visiting their favourite spots. I too fall under those 8 people and a place I surely have missed is none other than Shiv Sagar! A brand that has been extremely dear to us all since 1981! I was happy to know that they are now delivering to my side and placed an order for their sumptuous dishes such as their all-time famous Pav Bhaji, Paneer Chilli dry, Pizza (being my personal favourite), dal khichdi and 3 yummy milkshakes ( rose Falooda, special Falooda and their dry fruit milkshake) But this time I ordered something different. Mr. Ainul Hussain really did a good job and suggested us one of the top dishes. I went for Paneer Ghee Roast: The paneer was Tender, Spicy and Roasted, Cooked in Ghee, it had Semi gravy and placed on a Hot Tawa. The masala gets soaked to the paneer which gives a better taste to the paneer. It had a good taste of curry leaves and mustard seeds. Loved it. Their hygiene and delivery standards were to the Top and the food was piping hot! My memories with Shiv Sagar go back to when my friends would always go there to grab a bite post-college or simply to enjoy some yummy vegetarian food! I`m sure you all have eaten their food at least once and thoroughly relished it! Loved their service and the environment was so family friendly. They maintained all the social distancing norms and sanitized each and every place. Shall definitely visit again.

The iconic Shiv Sagar restaurant now in Seawoods gives you a premium dining experience. The place has opulent interiors and really good vibes. Temperature checks, and sanitization along with table markings are done to make it Covid safe. Staff is pretty well mannered and service is quick and smooth. Shiv Sagar offers a huge varied menu, and things aren't overpriced either. Here are the few things that we tried : Basil Cucumber Twist - A perfect soothing mocktail for the summers. It has coolness of cucumber and the basil punch just enhanced the taste. A must have. Cream of Mushroom Soup: The soup was rich, thick, creamy and tasted well. Flavors were well balanced. Mexican Salad: Spicy, tangy, and loaded. Highly recommended if you love Mexican cuisine. Paneer Tikka : Paneer was soft and juicy, marinated well with the spices. Cooked to perfection. Served with green chutney and salad. Mysore Masala Dosa: Dosa was layered with a spicy chutney and stuffed with aloo masala, served with two different chutneys and sambar. Overall it had a sweet tint, and this can be improved. Dal Makhani Fondue: The star of my meal. Dal Makhani served in a fondue bowl with pieces of crispy naan. Dal was absolutely scrumptious, creamy, loaded with taste and flavors. This one's a must have. Overall Shiv Sagar offers a great dining experience and I definitely recommend this place. Shiv Sagar has garnered a reputation for being one of the best fast food places serving vegetarian cuisine. With it's latest outlet in Seawoods Grand Central Mall, it solidifies that stance with more grandeur, taste and variety. The place looks modern and has a high ceiling giving it a spacious feel. The lighting is great and the seating is very comfortable. The food and beverage menus go on for pages with amazing range in all aspects. They serve South Indian, North Indian, Mexican, Italian and fusion food all under one roof. We were spoilt for choice and took our time to order. We had : - Try to touch me : Cranberry and Pineapple juices mixed with hints of litchi having a gingery aftertaste. - Creamy Bubblegum : More of a shake than a mocktail, it had vanilla ice cream blended in milk with a base of bubblegum syrup. Sweet, flavourful and looks pretty amazing with a spun sugar dressing on top ! - Veg Cheese Kebab : Shallow fried flattened kebabs stuffed with pea mashband cheese topped with grated cheese and served with a mint chutney ! - Paneer Ghee Roast : Delightful soft chunks of paneer in the traditional south indian curry leaf based masala cooked with generous amount of ghee. Nice for a start ! - Burnt Garlic Fried Rice : Simple but did the trick on every count, the fried rice was well done and flavorful. - Fusion Fondue : Really unique Fondue consisting of a base of shezwan styled chinese sauce and paneer chilly, fried paneer sticks and nachos to dip and savour. It was filling and yum ! The service is quick as always and the staff is available at all times. The price point is perfect and so is the quality. The place is apt for a family dine in or a casual hangout. As a whole, Shiv Sagar delivers in terms of food, veg variety and service. Would love to try some of their other offerings soon !
