New concept. Food is real good and fresh. It has hint of gujju food. Expensive though. However could be tried once.

Very interesting meal.
Had the Bayenetu ( Ethiopian Thalia). Teaches you about communal sharing and eating.
Best eaten with hands.
Server was well versed with the definitions and preparations.
Small cozy tastefully decorated.
No Ethiopian desserts, though.
Valet parking available, at owners rush though.

Had a couple of Ethiopian starters and coffee. The restaurant looks small from the outside but has 7-8 tables inside. It's pure veg and has Jain options hence more food options for vegetarians. Also had Ethiopian coffee here, which was amazing. Snacking came to 500 per person, the lunch costs nearly 700per head. The food experience is different compared to the regular fare, as for lunch plate they serve a single large "thali" for 2-4 (with more qty) wit multiple dishes.

The one and only place serving Ethiopian cuisine... It's a vegetarian place and small joint not a fancy restaurant. The food tasted nice and ambience is Ethiopian. The cuisine is somewhat similar to Indian and hence should find lovers in people who don't like to deviate from typical tastes. Must have would be Shiro Wot. Ethiopian food is typically served in a single big plate, lined with a big roti like Injera (made of tef flour) topped with vegetables of your choice. .
Overall, a new cuisine introduced to Mumbai so go and check it out...

What a lovely little restaurant! Delicious Ethiopian food served in the traditional way on an injeera. The food comes super fast after you place the order and the servers are so friendly. And most the time, there is Ethiopian music playing on the tv, transporting you from the streets of Mumbai to Addis Ababa. Our all time favourite local eatery.

Veggie Ethiopian food!!!! So glad this exists in Mumbai. It's the only one of its kind, so support it. Also, the food is yummy!!! And it is authentic. Try the fir fir, have the wats, and ask for the Ambo, straight from Ehtiopia. They have Jain options also. All delicious.

Surprisingly good Ethiopian vegetarian food. Flavors were close enough to the authentic cuisine. Enjoyed everything we ate.

Great place, delicious food, a unique experience. Felt like I was dining in Ethiopia. Pure veg restaurant. The chef is very interactive and proactive. Coming back for sure. Good job team Maharsh.

Genuine Ethiopian food. Very delicious and perfect Ethiopian taste. The menu is very well planned and it has most of the vegetarian dishes that I've had in Ethiopia. Ambience is elegant, hard work has been put to give the feel of being in Ethiopia. The showstopper items are injera and the vegetables and lentils served with it. The dishes are served in Ethiopian baskets and that gives it an authentic feel. Neat, clean, well lit, comfortable, served by happy waiters. The owners supervise personally, they take maximum efforts to explain the guests about this vibrant country, the importance of the dishes served, how they are prepared and the ingredients used. The coffee ( original Ethiopian Coffee) and popcorn served after food is very commendable. All in all, everyone should visit the place and enjoy the Ethiopian dishes. Total value for money. The interest that I saw in people coming there; I think the owners will have to look for a bigger place very soon.

Been a fan of Ethiopian food for a while, so was excited to visit the first Ethiopian restaurant in Mumbai. The food was excellent. Tried most of the main dishes and everything we had was delicious and full of flavour. Loved the teqel gomen the best among all the vegetables.
The injera was soft, fluffy and complimented the food really well.
The sharing plates come in various options with choice in the number of dishes and with optional popcorn and coffee.
The staff here was very attentive and friendly. Thanks to the chef who spent time talking to us about Ethiopian food and explaining the dishes.
A great meal and will definitely be back soon.
