One of Beautiful business park in Mumbai. Actually a shopping mall turned in to Business Park. Nice design and bigger hallways. Plenty of parking lots are available. It's difficult to get a cab from this place to anywhere in peak times.

The place is a little under maintained. There is suppose to be a mall (there is one) but with 90% shops shut.
Has a very good Konkani food joint in though.
