Owner of Kamlesh Apartment A-503 is not returning deposit to tenant as agreed and not attending call & then she blocks tenant so tenant cannot contact her for deposit. Think 200 times. You can check with previous tenant and nearby shop keepers. If you want to give away your deposit then only go for this flat otherwise check other option. Police complain has been registered against owner regarding deposit not returning. Heard that Owner does not pay maintenance bill to society on time and society cuts water supply to this flat. No one knows where exactly owner stays so it is next to impossible to contact owner if required. Owner is liar, cheater, fraudster. Worst experience of my life.

Owner of A-503 in Kamlesh Apartment is a thief. They rent their house out on online portals and then cheat the tenants. They don't give the deposit amount back. They also don't pay the society charges in time. It resulted in disconnection of water supply to the flat. The people in society and office are very good and helpful. They should throw these cheater thieves out of their society. O had to contact police to get some of my deposit back. I am yet to recieve my full deposit back.
