Worst courier service. This is my 2nd experience within 2 week. I was expecting my credit card. Without visiting premise they updated record as premises closed. No slip they left at door. Secondly after giving request of timing between 9 Am to 1 pm..they start from office after 12.30 PM..Not received till 5 PM. Phone number they don't bother to receive. 1 consignment they normally take 3 days to deliver. So Blue Dart need to do something about this center. I will complaint to regional head about this branch. Everyone stay away from this courier

Unprofessional staff... No one picked up the phone as advertised. When i reached their office, their pc was locked and telephonic support was rectifying the problem. Took close to 20 mins and then the keyboard developed a snag. They had to hunt and install a new one... More time lost. And then the credit card POS was not charged, so it was kept on charge and then the printer was not working properly... Finally i was able to drop my courier in about one hour.. Phew... And this was the best courier service in India!

I visited this outlet yesterday at around 4 PM, like a normal person would do I asked how much would be the charges for this courier the guy without weighing it told me it was 360, I asked why he did not check the weight he was very confident how much the weight was. I then requested for the ratecard he said customers are not allowed to view the ratecard and it was stuck at his side of the desk he did not let me view it. Then he said I need to pay in cash coz the card machine wasn't working, I peeped into the other side of the desk and saw the machine was working and he got all scared. He started talking rudely, I mentioned to him that this is not the first time I've been here and going back without using the services. You should definitely work on the staff you hire because they'll take away your business for sure. I visited DTDC and got it done at a kuch cheaper rate and without having an argument with the staff because they weren't saying no to everything I was asking for!! Please do something! Oh yeah, I forgot to mention they don't pick up the phones too.. coz they're always on a personal call.. walk in anytime of the day!!

Bad service, my HDFC card was lying undelivered due to false reason (consignee shifted).. They didn't even contacted when phone number is given.. After getting intimation from bank , I visited courier office personally to collect but they didn't gave counter delivery, however same day I got courier on my address
