Place was clean and the staff was polite. Even though during the chaos of visiting hours, there was a sense of calmness in the hospital. The security team was very helpful and supportive too right from the parking lot all the way till the patients room. I also appreciate the discipline followed in the courteous manner. My mother was there for two days for her knee procedure and was very comfortable with the doctors, nurses, support staff and everyone who she interacted with. They focus on patient comfort and is one of the few hospitals that will want you to get discharged as soon as possible. No matter what time I went there, they greeted me with a smile. The food for both patients and attendant was sumptuous and had great taste. Swapnil from the catering team, Pawan from patience support team and Vaibhavi along with other dieticians ensured the right food was given to my mother. To summaries, HN has transformed from what it was 15/20 years ago to the Sir HN Reliance it is now. Thank you everyone to taking care of my mother and ensuring surgery went well. God Bless.

This is the third time I have been admitted in this spacious and beautifully located hospital since November 2018. I am very happy & proud to state that I am very satisfied with the services of the entire nursing staff, the subordinate staff and the housekeeping staff. The food served here is excellent and fresh so I don't miss my home food at all. Moreover, the dieticians and the physiotherapists are also there to look after you. Thus, the hospital ensures physical, mental & all round well-being of the ailing mankind and serves humanity in a big way. Akza was very prompt in night shift. She checked the IV and vitals on timely basis. Amazing timing. We didn't require to press the bell to call her to stop the IV. She came by own and did the needful. * Pca Rinkina and Priya are very professional to handle the patient and always have smiling face. Attended and helped me a lot. * Food service is really awesome. Food serving was done on regular interval without any delay. Quality is awesome. I couldn't remember all the names but all the staff are very helpful and cooperative. I had a very good experience at the hospital. It is a hospital with a difference. A 5 star hospital. The staff is extremely professional, caring, and attentive towards the needs of the patients . The hospital is well maintained. . Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The doctors and nurses are not only knowledgeable but skilled as well. They are courteous and polite. They answer to the queries and keep the relatives well informed. It seems cure and care is their motto. The medical equipment and technology used in the hospital are of higher quality. The facilities are great. It is accrediated by NABH. I would like to thank specially Dr. Aniruddha Trivedi. He is dedicated and committed to his profession. His concern towards his patient is foremost. He leaves no stone unturned to treat his patient. No compromise with it. He laid the foundation of the second inning of my husband. I had a phenomenal experience with Dr Aniruddha Trivedi. He is very knowledgeable. He is a true asset to us. I strongly recommend him for any cardiac surgery. He is a true gift to the medical community .

Located near charni road station. Very clean and well maintained hospital. The doctors here are really helpful in the getting entire details of the case and decide for a way out. For OPD you can consult any doctor and the fees is similar kind off as compared to other hospitals nearby. The cafeteria is really good and the price of the food is also reasonable with good taste. Security Staff are from Nepal and Darjeeling a available on Each Floor. You can order food using their App and it will be delivered in Patient's Room.
