Mizu

Super lunch at Mizu. Started with Prawn dragon roll, asparagus and avocado roll, mushroom and truffles,edamame and truffle gyoza and baked salmon. Main course their famous pork ramen and mushroom tofu don. Dessert Japanese cheesecake and hazelnut cacao. Fantastic meal, service and ambience 10/10. Meal for three with alcohol was 11500.

Such a gem of a restaurant in Bandra. Firmly believe this is the the heir to the Japanese restaurant throne in Mumbai long held by Wasabi. Can highly recommend the scallops, tuna Tatare and the salmon. The food is fantastic, and the service is great all around. Chef Lakhan Jethani has truly built a fantastic restaurant.

We had some excellent food here. Some of the stuff we enjoyed: Futomaki, Salmon and Cucumber Gunkan Maki, Salmon Yuzu in Truffle and Special Soy, Hamachi Smoked Ponzu, Chicken Karaage Bao, Seafood Ramen & Katsu Chicken Donburi. Special mention: we tried an experimental off menu dish which was a Tuna Tartare with egg yoke & mizu bread which was really superb. Special thanks to the chef & the gentleman who introduced the dish to us.

Amazing food and service as well. Justin did a good job in suggesting what to order. We ordered Avocado and Asparagus Tempura (Sushi), Teriyaki Mushroom Bao, Orange & Basil Mojito and the dessert SAKURA. The sushi and dessert were more then excellent. The drink was good as well. The bao was okay. Their food and service was such that, its certainly a place Id like to go again.

The place is one of the finest for Japanese food. Reservations must be done as getting a table otherwise is pretty difficult. The food options are great, enough vegetarian options as well. Must try Tokyo Iced Tea amongst cocktails, refreshing and done nicely. Ramen noodles, sushi are great as well. The staff seems to be pretty much snobbish, don't care for clients. Despite eye contact, refuse to acknowledge or even help. This is observation of other tables as well as myself. There is I care a damn attitude of staff here. Forget smile, there is no respect for gustes.

Tried it while roaming streets of Bandra. Got recommendation from Friend as Saif and Katreena are frequent visitors of this restaurant. Authentic japenese cuisine available with lot of vegetarian options also. Ambience is also great and good and relaxing vibes. Considering food taste, I will personally not prefer it again, as my taste buds are not accommodating to this cuisine. Just tried it for experience.
