Our visits to NOLA are never complete until we’ve stopped at Dat Dog! Today we enjoyed duck sausage, veggie Italian sausage, fries smothered with crawfish etouffe.

The Italian dog was the best vegan sausage I've had in my life! I've never had an eggplant based dog ever! So unique and they offer a variety of toppings. I always visit a Dat Dog location when visiting New Orleans

The workers here are great! The food was delicious with big portions. It was very flavorful. They also leave out water bowls with ice for any dogs that happen to be there!

Ordered the Rougarou, and we created your own dog (chili dog with cheddar cheese). The Rougarou was very good. I wasn't sure about the bbq sauce till I bit into a Jalapeño. That made a big difference. The dog itself was very good, too. The chili dog was ok. The only problem was that the chili wasn't strong enough. The dog and cheese overpowered the chili. The chili itself did taste good on its own. Friendly staff, clean location, and had good vibes. Wish there was one back home.

Came for the magazine Street restaurant week and had a fabulous duck dog with blueberries sauce and bacon! Fries. Extra crispy and perfectly seasoned! Happy hour (3-7 M-F) has double well drinks for $5! And the booze is pretty darn good.

This is a hidden gem for sure. The customer service associate was very friendly. The food was good and I was so surprised. I’m glad that I finally tried it. The sauce was so good!

Love this location, it's never too crowded and there's Trivia ok Wednesdays at 7:30pm.
My favorite dog is actually Dat Chick, basically chicken tenders in a hot dog bun and you can choose any toppings you want. So crispy and delicious!
Sea Dog Special is also so crispy and delicious!
The burger I wanted to like but it was really dense and overcooked :(
