Fauborg Bistro is a spot with excellent service, great food and a happy vibe. A bar that I highly recommend.

I got the onion rings and a side of Mac and cheese. The onions rings are the best I’ve had in a long time! Definitely homemade batter. This batch was a bit salty, but still fantastic. The Mac and cheese was delightfully creamy.
The staff at the food counter and the bar (700 Club) were really nice.

It may be difficult to find. Because it's located in the back of the bar. Seating is tight just 4 hightops very close together. You order an pay at the window and they bring out your food. The mac and cheese is outstanding some of the best around. The. Southern friend chicken. Sandwich is excellent. Don't let the appearance fool you this place is great.

Gotta give the food 5 stars. Catfish sandwich was fresh. Homemade slaw had a nice spice. Bun was toasted and soft.
Burger was great, too!
The Mac and cheese bites portion was large and the Mac and Cheese inside the crispy, well-seasoned breading was very creamy and cheesy.
For the price, you cannot beat bar food like this. Fast, fresh, fantastic!

Their Firecracker Chicken Sandwich (now off the menu I hear.. boo hiss!!!) is BY FAR the best, greatest, worthy of being called #1, totally tubular, bitchin sandwich in this world! I was in NOLA for four days and ate 4 of them :-) In a city known for it's great food, Faubourg Bistro's Firecracker Chicken Sandwich should be cannonized! Why they don't offer it on the menu anymore is beyond me though. I give it 20 stars... 5 stars for each of the 4 sandwiches I ate there!

Not so friendly service but amazing food.
For the owner that asked. I came in right when you opened. I had a young man take my order this morning in a decorated saints jersey. He was not polite at all. Both my husband and I along with our friends found him to be short and rude.

Amazing food , staff was friendly and welcoming. Defiantly check this place out if you want high quality fresh food. Chicken sandwich was delicious and the Mac and cheese was heaven. Everything on the menu I’m sure phenomenal.

I didn’t have any alcoholic drinks while here, but the food was excellent. I ordered the plate of fries with pulled pork and it was delicious. Definitely satisfied the cravings that come after a night of drinking. The staff was super friendly.

One of the few places still serving great food after 1am, offer takeout and free bike delivery too! Found the place through reviews for 'open now' on yelp, and so glad we did because it was delicious and very doubtful would have found it on our own since it's at the back of a gay bar and not well advertised.
Ordered a Bistro Burger $8.25, Catfish Sandwich $9.50 both on brioche buns, and creole Slaw $3. The catfish Sandwich was one of the best meals we had in NOLA, and the creole slaw was soooo good. Perfect way to end the night enjoying back at our hotel room at 2am.
