My husband and I stopped by the Sheraton Lobby Starbucks in NOLO today. Ms Monique was absolutely a Beautiful delight, never been to such a friendly welcoming Starbucks. Monique even went the extra mile to go searching for me some oatmilk, she literally said "we can't let you leave unhappy". I will always remember this Starbucks because of her!

Usually I don't rate Starbucks, but I had mixed feelings when I visited this one. The staff was pretty friendly but it was not the cleanest Starbucks I have seen in my life. The coffee was just as usual, so there was no issue with that at all.

Quality service, and really fast. Right near the French Quarter, and on Historic Canal St. It’s a hit, stop in.
