Took my Bae here after she got off from work as lil treat. So it's a nice spot to take a date right, it's not crowded, the food is good and there is live entertainment. So boom the only negative is actually ordering the food. Your forced to go to the bar to order ,which isn't a problem unless the bar is busy. Other than that it's straight, I'll definitely be back. It's the perfect spot to take a sneaky link. They have pool tables, old azz games and comedians. Check it out ohh and them fried ribs is fiya!

I was there in a day full of Chinese people and the line was almost outside. The service at the bar was awesome. Very fast and delicious. People were very kind and cordial. Meat was perfect.

Nice beers, good vibe, but food was so-so (I tried ribs, tortillas, burnt ends, and jambalaya as a side dish). My friend had an alligator sausage and it was good.

Stopped in here at lunch today. Note: you have to walk up and order at the bar. I had the combo platter with pulled pork and smoked sausage. My sides were jambalaya and mac and cheese. My favorite things on the plate were the smoked sausage, cheese biscuit, and mac and cheese. The other food on the plate was good as well, but those three really stood out to me. Nice atmosphere and the food came out quickly. I would definitely recommend this place!

I had a delightful dining experience at the Ugly Dog Saloon & BBQ Restaurant in New Orleans, LA. The pulled pork and Mac & cheese were absolutely amazing, and the service was top-notch. The only downside was the restaurant's temperature being a bit too warm, which slightly affected my comfort. Despite that, it was a fantastic meal, and I'd definitely recommend it.

Great restaurant and bar located in the heart of New Orleans! Great food and drinks! Service was excellent and very friendly! We shared the New Orleans Style BBQ Smoked Ribs and they were fantastic! Also had a side salad that was really good. Clean establishment with a great atmosphere. Very well run restaurant! Highly recommend stopping here for a drink or meal when you are in the downtown New Orleans area!
