Haagen Dazs Ice Cream

The staff at this location were nothing short of amazing! Everyone were incredibly kind and helpful despite having a long line. Luckily they worked quickly and were incredibly professional and patient. After receiving my frozen lemonade I witnessed a woman yelling at the kind employee and being incredibly disrespectful which resulted in the customers husband pulling her away. It was just terrible the customer actions were deplorable and I feel embarrassed for her husband and children that were with her but the staff, two young boys and the manager an energetic a sweet black lady name Tasha I believe handled it very professionally and were still kind to all of the following customers. I give them a 10/10 for their customer service and their frozen lemonade! 6/17/2023

Me and my husband wanted something nice and cold so we went to Haagen Daz in the outlet mall every one in the mall was close but the amazing young lady name Tasha still served us she made our day she has the most amazing customer service they should have more employees like her in customer service I give her above 5 stars and more thanks Tasha fir making us feel so welcome in New Orleans
