If you've never been to the Taj Mahal here in memory, you need to come. This is one of the places where when you get real. Great Indian cuisine, an amazing staff. And they have more than enough space for you to bring an event for parties or even catering.

Beautiful restaurant, staff, service and food! They have gained a forever customer. In addition, Glorio was the best with making recommendations and accommodations, ask for him to be your server when you visit. I had the non vegetable Friday special really good!

Wife and I were craving for Indian food. We ordered our favorites - Butter Chicken and paired it with Roasted Garlic Naan.
For dessert, we had Gulab Jamun.
Overall, we enjoyed the food very much. Our cravings are satisfied.
Service is great.
Highly recommended and will dine here again soon.

Had a wonderful lunch here with my lovely friend and her daughter. Everything was wonderful and the restaurant was absolutely beautiful. It felt very authentic with the lovely soft music. Our server, Glorio, was very attentive and helpful. He made some great suggestions for my friend who had never had Indian food before. All around, it was an awesome experience. Will definitely be returning to Taj Mahal!

I had a wonderful dining experience at Taj Mahal Indian restaurant. Our server, Anthony, was incredibly friendly, and the entire staff showed exceptional hospitality. The warm and welcoming atmosphere added to the overall charm. I particularly enjoyed the shrimp Goan curry, which was my favorite dish. The chicken Chettinad delivered a delightful spicy punch and was incredibly delicious. The high-quality paratha was a standout as well. The ras malai is homemade and delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a flavorful Indian meal. The clean dining area and great ambience only enhanced the authenticity of the experience. Overall, a fantastic choice for an authentic Indian dining adventure.

Came here recently and brought my parents for the first time and they loved it. It was delicious as always. Our server was Glorio and he was so kind and helpful with picking out a dish they would like. The mango lassi is to die for and my lamb korma was amazing! I highly recommend this place. Delicious food and great service.

Antoni gave us the best experience we’ve had to date in New Orleans regarding Indian food. Service was prompt and attentive. The menu was vast and delicious. The restaurant is clean and detracted in with images of Indian culture. Would recommend if you’ve been looking for Indian food and found Nola lacking.
