The chorizo flavored impossible empanada is amazing!! As a vegetarian, I’m lucky is there’s one option but this place had 3 and every one of them was incredible. Keep up the great work!!

Had the Gumbo empanada this trip because they were out of the popular Shrimp and Cheese. First time at this location. Great service and outside seating available.

These empanadas are amazing! I can’t get enough of them, they are great for a quick inexpensive snack or have a couple as a meal. The only problem I have is choosing which ones to get, they are all great:).

This place was amazing. It was honestly the best food I’ve had in New Orleans so far and I’ve been here for about 4 days. I highly recommend getting the sauces and trying the specials. We tried some of the classics chicken, beef, and veggie but my daughter wanted to try the Asian dumpling empanada special and it was surprisingly it very tasty.

Is it possible to love empanadas anymore than we do? It's an amazing meat pie w/ amazing deep flavors. Empanola makes many different flavors & everyone of them is delicious. We loved them while they were in Auction House, we love them at Freret, and we'll love them on Magazine. This time we got their Shrimp & Cheese, Spinach & Artichoke, Beef Argentina, Gumbo, Crawfish Etoufee, & Banana Fosters. Each came w/ some delicious sauces: Salsa Verde, Salsa Roja, and a sweet chocolate dip for the Banana Fosters
PS: it's so cute that they stamp their empanadas w/ the fillings :)
