South Philly Steaks & Fries

Saturday, May 28th. I had the pleasure to visit Greenleaf and Bannas Smoothie located in the Riverwalk in New Orleans. The cashier Jaya received my order, she was very friendly and professional. I ordered a banana berry smoothie. The smoothie was not sweet so I went back to inform them. Jaya the cashier went to the manager concerning the matter to see how she wanted to resolve it. At this point the manager Ms. Shantell greeted me and acknowledged my complaint she offered to remake it or give me a full refund. I opted out to get a remake. Ms. Shantell didn't stop there. To accommodate me she displayed excellent customer service and and customer satisfaction by offering me a 50% discount off any menu item of my choice from any one of the restaurants she managed that is located in the Riverwalk. I had the option to choose from one of the following restaurants.The SouthPhilly Steak and Fries or Greenleaf and bannas. I ordered wings and fries from South Philly,the wings and fries were prepared fresh. Ms Shantell went far and beyond to ensure great customer service. If you are in the the Riverwalk go and visit South Philly Steak and Fries. Awesome Job Ms. Shantell.

Is located in the beautiful city of New Orleans... Me and the wifey were here for my niece's wedding. After reading other reviewers, I have to tell you my experience was good. The food was plenty. Sandwich was large, We probably could have ordered just one and split it. Customer service for us was a 10 fine young gentleman.Place looked clean. Price was about $19 a sandwich with fries yes. Which which we think is expensive.. But let me tell you everything in New Orleans is expensive! Haha...🤣🤣

Living in New Jersey all my life, I have had many cheesesteaks from Philadephia and south Jersey. I recently had a cheesesteak with orange American cheese, fried onions, red and greens peppers at this location. I can honestly say, and I told the staff ahen I was done, this was one of the BEST steak sandwiches I have ever had.
