Chili's

4.5 this location is perfect for all working at NOB. Set outside of the gates, no Military ID requires for access. Was not crowded and I was able to get a seat at the bar immediately. My Chicken Avacado Salad was served in a very timely manner. The beer was ice cold and the atmosphere warm & welcoming.

My husband and I have went to this Norfolk Virginia location of Chili's multiple times now since last year. One of the reasons pertains to our enjoyment of the meal for 2 features that they have (the meal usually features one course for each person, one appetizer for both to share and a dessert. There are times when my husband enjoys getting the sirloin with broccoli and asparagus while I at times have enjoyed the sirloin corn on the cob and asparagus and the servers we get are friendly. The most recent food picture with this review is from a December 31st visit where my husband selected the sirloin broccoli and asparagus while I had the sirloin corn on the cob and asparagus.

This place was exceptional. The times me and my husband ate here, we had good service and amazing food. The prices are also really good too. We usually spend right at $35-$40 for enough food to fill us up and have leftovers. We're thinking about visiting more often too. Edit: Dropped a star after visiting last Sunday. My husband and I decided to eat here before visiting the theater right across the road. I ordered a burger asking for no ranch, but sadly my order came out with ranch on it. Our waiter (sadly I didn't think to catch his name) was super friendly and took it back to have it remade. The cooks managed to make the burger again, still with ranch. We were there late that night, which is probably why we had issues, but its still frustrating they repeated the issue twice. We were comped for it, and once again our waiter was very kind, professional, and friendly. I just did have to make it known that I did show up here and not get to eat dinner one night. I always feel bad leaving reviews like this for something as small as a condiment, but it's not an unreasonable request and they did manage to mess it up twice. I've just had the unfortunate luck of 5 restaurants in a row messing up my order, so hopefully this food curse ends soon!

We've eaten here a few times now. Whether they are short staffed, busy, or slow they have been great. They are always working hard and create a positive atmosphere. They are gluten friendly as I have been able to substitute flour tortillas for corn tortillas. However they do not offer gluten free pasta or bread.

Horrible food ..may I say if I could leave zero stars I would…order thru door dash first off my steak was bleeding so bad this was suppose to be a medium well steak…idk what kind of steak this was…the loaded mash was on point…than let’s talk about this unseasoned rack of ribs omg…would of thought the cook from the nursing home made them…and it was the original kind…the asparagus omg was also under seasoned but had the nerve to be over cooked …just to complain to door dash but only get $7 refund when I spent $60 on this nasty 🤮 food I’m highly dissatisfied with 🌶’s
