Chipotle Mexican Grill

I went in yesterday evening probably around 6 or 7. I have to say this place used to be my go to in Ghent. I didn't order any food because as I walked in the front door there was trash all over the floor from an over filled trash can. The area by the outside of the front door didn't seem to be looked after either. So I walked up to the counter I was greeted with an attitude that conveyed they were busy. Online order I'm not sure what. The rest of the staff didn't appear to be that busy. I asked if there was a manager present ... the young lady said she and another person were the managers. So I told them about their trash all over the floor and left. I used to think so highly of this place. I don't what has happened.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE THERE WAS 8 people sitting in the line waiting on there food for over 20 minutes. It took someone who was sitting longer to ask about our food again for them to even go check on our food again. Once I received mine the girl practically tossed it in my hand and it was missing my birthday side and chips!!!! I am so disgusted with this store. They do this everytime when they are about to close and it is beyond rude.. DO NOT VISIT OR ESPECIALLY ORDER ONLINE. YOU WILL HAVE YOUR FOOD WRONG AND ALMOST A HOUR LATER

Giving one star because I have too…their customer service is trash! I went there today for a door dash and decided to order myself a bowl, the guy who made my bowl was very rude…I asked for a lot of sour cream, he put some on my bowl so I asked for a little more and he huffed and balled his face up like he paid for the sour cream personally and it belonged to him. I don’t understand how people get mad about doing their job, blows my mind every-time. I guess I was bothering him or something. I would never go spend my money there again. These places should train their employees better, I mean sorry if you having a bad day or things going on in your personal life, welcome to the real world cause we all going through something but don’t take it out on the customers who help you get a paycheck every week or every 2 weeks. I just won’t go back anymore

Orderd food for delivery tonight and it was missing food and had condiments in the food that wasn't ordered. Normally I wouldn't say anything, but they make it extremely difficult to contact any ACTUAL person for the wrong order and instead through their website we were offered a "buy one, get one coupon." We just wanted the order done right. People make mistakes, but don't offer a coupon for a wrong order, just make it right.

Worst customer service EVER! Walked in at 7:30, way before closing asking for pico, the server said “we out” just like that. Didn’t even try to get more or say if they were making more, mind you this was 3 hours before closing!! I hate they closed the Waterside location, that one was amazing. These people are so rude here. Over it.

I don’t know how the food is so I’m not going to give them just one star. It’s pouring rain and windy; 8 o’clock at night. They close at 10. I went to the front door and it’s locked. I’m waving trying to get their attention. I can see them. Maybe they don’t see me. Another customer approaches and tells me that we have to go to the door around the back. No sign on the door. So you only know if you’ve been there before. I go inside and I ask the guy which side of the counter to start my order. He just smiles and walks away. So I go where it looks logical and wait. The woman looks up and says “Are you here to pick up?” I inform her that I would like to place an order. So she tells me that I had to place my order online. There is nothing on the website, nothing on the door. Just nonchalance. I won’t be going back. My son wants chipotle. Hopefully the next closest one will give me a better experience.
