Service Always Slow. Orders Always wrong. Always one cashier taking orders and preparing door dashes before customers that made purchases before dashers came in. 15 min for a chicken sandwich is horrible. It's supposed to b fast food not slow food. No sense of urgency from management to try and step in to get orders out quickly.

Ordered mobile, waited as instructed in my car in the designated parking lot, did not get my order after 20 min. When I went to ask, the attendant turned her back at me. Another staff member intervened after a minute and told me to go inside, which I wanted to avoid with Covid-19 at high levels locally. When I got inside my order was not ready. Many of the staff wearing their masks under their noses. After having another staff member turning their back the only at least slightly customer oriented staff member helped me, but included touching my fries with her bare hands. I got back in my car only to discover a meal missing. Got back and another round of ignoring, waiting and then help ensued. I actually did not get angry, as I found the customer (dis-)service almost comical. Rest rooms were closed as well, which is understandable though, although unfortunate. This place is a mess, avoid at all costs.

I never leave reviews, let alone bad ones, but with this place I’ll make an exception. My girlfriend and I have gone to this location quite a few times, and honestly the ONLY reason we go back is because it’s really the only one close to us. It seems that EVERY SINGLE TIME we order from here there are either food items missing, something was made incorrectly, the food was served cold or a combination of all three. I’ve worked in food service most of my life so I understand that mistakes happen and busy times can be stressful. But EVERY time? It’s clear the staff does not care about their jobs and aren’t willing to improve.

Short story: I paid $40 for cold unedible food that management refuses to refund. Long story: I placed a relatively large app order, parked in the pick up spots, let the app know we were there and waited. Thirty minutes later, I walked inside to find that my order had been sitting on their counter the whole time. The cashier tried to charge me a second time for the order. The cashiers were rude and the watered down drinks and cold food were literally inedible. I hate wasting money. It appears that this McDonalds does not care for their customers. I will never eat here again.

I don't expect much from a McD...this was still pretty low. Food tastes the same. The fries are addicting. The problem are the employees. The cashier was constantly texting on her phone, but I guess I commend her on the multitasking skill of still taking my order at the same time. Maybe she had an emergency to text about? The manager kept verbalizing for her to stop, but that was not effective. Another employee came in from outside and walked straight through the kitchen without a mask on. The Coke also didn't taste like that specific McD fountain Coke we're all aware of.

I'm not one to leave reviews typically. But this place is terrible. I can get over food orders being wrong, but its crazy how their system conveniently "shuts down" at random hours of the night when they're not busy. Supposed to be 3-4am right? Well they took an order right ahead of me at 2:23am, I pull up and stwrt making my order and then boom! the system "shut down" until 4am. Odd that this Happens ALL THE TIME at this ONE location.
