The store seemed clean. The service was fast and friendly. The ice cream that I received was delicious. The only problem was that a small ice cream cup was over $9.00.

I confess that it was an easy decision for me to take a chance on recently trying the Germanchokolatekake version of an icecream bowl from the Norfolk Virginia location of Cold Stone Creamery less than 7 days ago. This was also because I have some previously familiarity with sometimes treating myself to this brand because I have also previously tried Cold Stone Creamery icecream from the Orlando Florida, College Park Maryland and Arlington Virginia locations of Cold Stone Creamery). The icecream I recently had from the Norfolk Virginia location was yummy and the employee handling both my food purchase and putting together the Germanchokolatekake ice cream creation for me was friendly and kind.

I love their ice cream! My top 2 favorites are cake batter and mint chocolate ice cream. I love adding rainbow sprinkles to the cake batter so it tastes like funfetti. I love the atmosphere and their friendly customer service. Whenever I want ice cream I always go here.

Cold dirty cones the manager refused to make new cones. They said they make the cones in the morning and keep it through the day which may explain why some people left reviews sayin that the cones taste NASTY. Go some else!

The manager did my son AJ cake for his 3rd Bday it was the Bomb! My son loved it!!! It tasted so Delicious and they did everything and more. It was the Best tasting cake I had in a while. Most cakes are just pretty on the outside but when you cut it and taste the cake it’s not good. This cake gets a 5 stars for taste and looking so pretty. My family wanted more!!!!! It was Excellent!!!! The brownies mixed in the Icecream was wonderful!!! I will be back for his 4th Bday for sure!!!! Coldstone in Ghent 21st Street you Rock!!!!!
