I waited over 15 minutes for my mobile order then had to walk inside to get it. Isn't the point of mobile ordering so you don't have to wait in line or wait long in general because you ordered before others in the lines?? McDonald's customer service is definitely a 1 of 5 at best pretty much at all Hampton Roads locations. Take some notes from Chick-fil-A...they have it together.

Probably one of the worst McDonald's you can go to. Just like every other McDonald's they don't even greet you pleasantly at the window the food is very rarely great and it has just gotten worse and worse over the years. I guess these bigger fast food chains that have been around a long time just assume people will continue to visit their stores and eat their food at there un extremely high rates. However the same people that they employed in the 90s is a way different generation than the people they employ today oh, most people act like they don't even want to be there working and it shows but like I said these bigger companies just figure no matter how employees treat the customer you're going to continue to return and purchase their product.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries meal and 2 fish filet with fries and got nuggets and fries I drove all the way back to return the order and got back uncooked food and did not get fresh fries not coming back

Never eat here. I ordered a fish sandwich for my mom and her bread was molded. Absolutely disgusting. They should be shut down before they kill someone. The food is already bad for you. The least they could do is make sure everything is fresh. Highly disappointed and never eating her.

Just stopped by to get a couple of sundaes. I commented that it was a pitiful amount of ice cream and toppings. They just handed to me without any change. At $2.49 each I might as well go to Dairy Queen or Sonic. They forget there is competition out there, evidently doing better and not far away.

I hate this McDonald’s so much I literally drive to one that’s farther. They never have anything, especially around midnight. My order is always wrong too smh.
