Wendy's

Chili was cold. It taste like ketchup. There was no meat, just sauce and hard beans. The employees were rude and angry, masks were on their chins, standing at the window complaining about and worker/manager at the drive thru window which was slow and unorganized. They forgot my fork, napkins, crackers, sour cream. They literally gave part of my order to the car Infront of me, the customer gave it back and then they just gave it to me didn't even attempt to remake it (clear cross contamination during COVID). I will never go back. Complete waste of time and money.

Only gave 2 stars,since the food was decent. The customer service was very passive aggressive. The person on the DT told us to order when ready and we said okay. Then, less than a minute later asked again and we said we needed a moment. Only for it to happen a third time! We ordered, sat 5-10 minutes in line, and once we paid. We got our food and had no napkins, no sauce (for the nuggets we paid for), spicy nuggets instead of regular, no straws for our drinks,and no utensils for our baked potato... the driver was trying to be nice, and moved quickly, but after realizing their mistake the line was wrapped around the building and the inside was locked. Who wants to wait 20 minutes to get the essentials that we should have received the first time?

This is my second visit to this Wendy's. My food was hot and prepared as ordered. I appreciated the patience of the staff as I was ordering for myself and 4 others. However, once I got to the window and paid for my order, I was TOLD rather abruptly to pull to the door to wait for my food. I assume this was the manager as she seemed to be running the drive thru orders. I avoided commenting so as to avoid them mishandling my food. Not sure if I'll visit again due to this but we'll see.

I am sick and tires of socialist closing lobbies. I want to sit when I eat. I want to he able to use a restroom after drinking and eating. And my vehicle doesn't fit through the drive through, and you not going to force me to use your app when I dont want it on my phone! Enough is enough, I dont support socialism.

While only ordering a Frosty I observed that this Wendy’s is the cleanest location I have ever visited tons of attention to detail, even the bathrooms were spotless. Daddy’s no excuses there’s even a baby changing table in the Men’s room. The customer service I received was well above 5 stars 🌟James you did an amazing job keep it up, Wendy’s needs more employees like you nationwide!
