The worst Wendy’s I’ve been to in my life. Ordered a #9 and had to replace the burger TWICE. Both times they gave me burgers with onion rings that were cold like they were fresh out of the freezer. The Pattie’s were undercooked and the cheese was iceberg cold as well. Not to mention the lady taking orders only knowing how to ask what is your drink when there’s obviously more you have to order. I learned my lesson wit this location

Needed something quick and easy for a late dinner. Wasn’t expecting much being so late on a Friday, but these folks knocked it out of the park! Even with a long line, the staff was courteous, efficient, and accurate. On top of great customer service, the food was some of the best we’ve ever had from a Wendy’s. Definitely would recommend and will be going back! Thanks, Wendy’s and a job well done to the team!

They will mess up your order regardless. Everybody attitude is messed up communication skills is at a "0"!! Please change the grease!! Make fresh chilli daily that was definitely from yesterday so was my bake potatoe they will cut it open knowing it's over cooked burnt & dried out and still give it to you like that is so low!!! Stop hiring kids that don't want to work there!!!

Food was ok,not hot and fresh. Cashier was very rude about how I spent my money. And wouldn't shut her mouth until the manager yelled at her to hush up. Some people just don't need to be seen.

The heavy set snagged tooth lady behind the desk is absolutely rude. There is no consistency at this location one day the inside is open the next day the inside is closed. Instead of them letting you know that they catch an attitude with you. We have been coming to this Wendy's for the last 3 years and we will never and I mean ever return again and everyone that visits our hotel I will make sure they know never visit this location

I waited in the drive thru for around 7 min.... Only for the young man to tell me he'll be right with me. Waited then at the speaker for another 10 min..... Then when I expressed my frustrations, he got an attitude saying well i can take ur order here if u still want ur food!!! Seriously!!??? No apology, nothing. Like I made his day bad, smh

The absolute worst Wendy’s. Fire all the staff and management. How the hell do you only have chicken legs and thighs? No chicken tenders or wings? Customer service is non-existent and workers have no home training. I find it funny how you have no lines but everyone around you is booming. Just close down!
