I stop there everyday before 1 p.m. to get cigarettes, beer, and occasionally pizza. Well today I stopped ther walked in and the clerk comes out of the office and states sorry we are closed, I was like you don't have a closed sign up and the door is unlocked and she stated again we are closed I will put a sign up. They also have a sign on door that states exact change or use card , no bills over 20 dollars and no EBT. They just lost my business.

I come to this place all the time and they are closed when they’re not supposed to be. The people who work there are always rude. Again I just went in there for a DoorDash and the man messed up the order, and instead of trying to correct it with the customer, he rang it up wrong on the screen, and rudely told me “you take what I give you “ meanwhile it was his screwup and he should’ve contacted DoorDash himself. Their customer service is poor and definitely needs to be changed.

So at this 711 at approximately 3:00pm. I put my 20.00 in the Virginia Skills game and after my 6 spin of .80 bet I hit Bonus and won 120.00. I cashed out with my receipt and handed it the clerk. She went to the back to grab a phone for the app... waited 10- 15 mins to receive my earnings. And she hurried me out and gave me a 120.00 Western Union money order in which I can't cash before 48 hours. Or waiting for my earnings for it to clear as it's in the bank where I deposited it. All other locations in this area gave me cash back and every other establishment, bar, etc also gave back cash winnings. I am hoping I did not get scammed or my money was stolen by the employee. If they did, there will be repercussions.

Stop pushing the rewards cards! I don't want one. The same girl keeps asking me if I do. It's a point of mine now to never have one because it is so forced. To make it worse. At lunch a friend of mine has one, you're going to make me wait at the register for him to come up so I can use his? Let me pay for my stuff and leave!!
