We had just left the Norfolk airport and was in need of a little bite to eat. This Wendy’s is right up the road and a perfect little place to pop in and out of. The drive thru line was pretty long so we ended up walking in and was out in five minutes.
Staff was very nice and friendly and they even had a fireplace inside.

I’ve always had good service here but tonight the young man who handled my food has a great spirit. He was all smiles and happy. It’s a beautiful thing when you see people enjoy what they do. He lifted my spirit and makes me want to come back. Thank you for your patience, and kindness , if he’s that way regular; then he needs a raise

Try going to this location at least 3 times a week. For the past 3 weeks the dining room has been closed at 11 am. Two times talked to a so call manager and she said they were short on employees so the dining room wasn't open. Needs to have new management completely and a new owner.

Went to the local Wendy's by my sister. I ordered a chicken blt combo with extra pickles, they gave me a cheeseburger deluxe with no bacon, no extra pickles & they didn't even give me the 4 piece nuggets that came with my meal. They took my money & gave me the whole wrong order 😡😡

Great location just exiting the airport. Service was quite quick considering they were pretty busy. Very friendly too. Food was hot and fresh. A gem for wendys!

About 3 days ago I was in line waiting for 15 to 20 minutes for an older woman to have her order corrected by a nice employee Ms.Rochelle as what appeared to be manager *Reggie ,Yells from the background "What does she want? Get her out of here!" She said never mind and left. I felt so sorry for her as she left embarrassed and confused. This manager should reprimanded immediately

Wendy’s has definitely changed over the years. The quality of food, the service, etc. However, this spot hits after a late flight from ORF. Not many places open.

We were forced to wait in the long drive-thru line, to pickup an online order, because the lobby is hardly ever open - which is why the drive-thru line is always long. It took 30 minutes to get our food, and it was cold. To make the matter more frustrating, the order taker had a difficult time hearing because of the noisy distractions from the inside.
