Firehouse Subs

This place NEVER disappoints. Staff is always awesome and they're always hustling their butts off because this joint is cranking out in person orders and Doordash orders. Tonight, I ordered the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket sandwich and the Firehouse Meatball sandwich. Let's go back to that Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket. THAT SANDWICH IS BANGIN!! If you haven't tried that sandwich get this and thank me later. The flavors of the beef & cheddar brisket meshes together perfectly over that soft bread! The Firehouse Meatball sandwich is delicious, but has nothing on the beef & cheddar brisket sandwich. Even though the staff were obviously handling a ton of orders, the wait for the food is not long at all.

With all these sub/sandwich places it doesn’t really make sense to pay that much money for things you can easily assemble yourself for cheaper. I went here because they were doing the free sub if your name matches the name of the day. I ordered 1 sub and 1 cookie necessary to get the deal and they managed to forget the cookie haha. Not worth going back. Sub was pretty good but again.. I coulda just bought things at the Harris teeter and made my own for cheaper.

1st time at a Firehouse Subs and was not disappointed!!! Got a small 4" Smokehouse Brisket & cheddar to-go for a late lunch (close to dinner time, but I was starving). The line up of hot sauces is amazing, I can't eat spicy food so the numbers on the bottles really helps! Staff was super friendly and quick turn around on food. Mentioned I liked pickles and they gave me extra!

So this is the first time I've ever had Firehouse Subs. I'd figured it was time to give it a go. I get inside to the local one in my town and try their Italian sub on wheat. It was a little pricey as the price on food has gone up. The days of $5 dollar foot-longs are pretty much gone or of the lesser desired subs and I was in the wrong place for something that was $5 dollars. The sub was very tasty. I didn't feel like the price of the sub matched the girth of the sub. Could've used a little more meat. Just sayin'. Would I go back? I probably would, but there weren't too many choices on the board that I would really love to make it back for. Possibly the meatball sub.

Probably the cleanest location I have ever been to. I placed an order online and as soon as I walked into the store I was greeted and directed where to find it. The sandwich was also made exactly how I ordered it (people always mess up online orders). Thanks for a great sandwich but even better customer service!
