All Firehouse Subs are great places to find a really good sandwich, and this was no exception. What made this one even better was the fact that the store owner (or they may have been the manager, it was hard to tell) was right there in the mix, working with the employees to make sure that everyone was served in a timely, friendly manner.

I ordered the Italian sub and all I could taste was the lumps of Mayo. The picture is the best proof now imagine this amount of Mayo on both sides !! This was my first and last time I order from them. Sandwich is in the trash and I reordered another sandwich from a competitor.

Always excellent, and today, really fast too. Had the new Jamaican Jerk Turkey and it's pretty good. Could be a little spicier but they do have a separate bottled spice sauce that I'd never seen before and tried that too

This was my first time eating FireHouse subs thanks to T-mobile Tuesday's weekly deal! The subs were amazing, I'd highly recommend trying one of their two Firehouse specialty subs. I personally wasn't a fan of their mac n cheese, but the subs didn't disappoint!

Abysmal. I grew up in Jacksonville and have been eating at Firehouse for years including this location. Tonight, I ordered two subs and both of them were completely wrong. I took one bite and threw mine away as it was slathered with disgusting mayonnaise and mustard which I specifically asked to not have...a minute later my daughter came in and and complained as well. I'm shocked this location is still open. Jersey Mike's is a much better option, please go there.

The food taste great as usual but I was surprised that there weren't any pickles... No pickles?!!!! Why!!! Outside of that grate customer service on today's visit.

Friendly staff and quick service. If you are hungry I would recommend the large. Large hot sauce selection, tables inside and outside
