Pho Van Van Vietnamese Restaurant

I enjoyed the food. I wish the won tons came without pork, would have loved to try them. Or even a spring roll that has just shrimp. Other than than I have no complaints. We were the only ones in the restaurant so the service was very fast and they were extremely friendly and polite. I would visit again if I was in the area.

March 21,2022 I came for the first time to this restaurant. My jaw dropped. It was super clean, Friendly staff. The food was super delicious. Cheap price with big portion. I would recommend people to go to this restaurant for your first time. I visit many pho restaurant in Ottawa and this is definitely my top 5

I ordered Grilled pork and shrimp… I got chicken. I called the restaurant and not only did they told me that I got the right order but they were quite rude. Not good customer service. My friend tried the meat and even said it was chicken. I’ve had the grilled pork and shrimp before and this was not how it look or taste like. Very disappointed. The meat was over cooked, dry and burnt.

I ordered a large pho today from here today on uber eats, driver had to cancel my order because it spilled all along her car, it was really devastating because no one deserves to get their car messy like that. They caused an inconvenience to me as my order was cancelled, but before that the damage they caused to my delivery persons car is really disrespectful. Delivery drivers spend their day bringing food to the people in our community and this is not the way to treat them. Restaurant should take immediate measures about how they handle their pho deliveries.
