We showed up at the wrong time for lunch or dinner, tired, grumpy, and uncertain about what we wanted to eat. We must have looked like the American customers from hell. In a short time, the three of us were sharing a beef dinner and a chicken one. We were relaxed, smiling, well-fed and feeling bles
